When I visited her and the brand-new facility, I was astounded by the setting, the cost, the clean restrooms, the well-kept units, and the staff's professionalism and friendliness. This location is among the greatest in Wesley Chapel and Land O' Lakes. I absolutely recommend it. The fact that they genuinely care about their clients is what caught my attention. I was impressed by the welcoming atmosphere in the front lobby, which includes coffee, water, pastries, and more. What a wonderful location. P.S. I am shocked to see how negative remarks were made in the previous feedback, with which I absolutely disagree. You can feel the welcoming atmosphere at StoreRight as soon as you step in, complete with friendly staff and soothing music. I applaud both Susan and Mark for the outstanding job. Thank you Susan, Mark and StoreRight

Than we found out that the cameras were not working. And 2 months ago they jacked up their price almost $40 a month on us stating the greater cost of electricity and upkeep. A big hangup with many of the storage providers in the area, was that customers are not provided dumpster access. Because I receive some pretty large deliveries to my storage unit, I end up compiling quite a bit of trash after sorting through an order. Loading my car up with broken down boxes and hunting down a public dumpster, does not seem very appealing to me, as shocking as that seems. So to be honest, CubeSmart was not my first choice. But because they offer the courtesy of dumpster use, they won me over! The only thing I wish I could change is to be granted 24/7 access, but I'll survive. This storage facility is definitely cleaner and more up to date, than my last one. I also love the fact that they were able to offer me a 1st floor unit right near the entrance. I never thought I could be so excited about a storage unit, but boy howdy, I'm pumped about CubeSmart!

Someone burned the wiring plug on the trailer. I contacted management and made them aware, and they advised they would review their cameras. I was later contacted and told their cameras did not cover that area! They did not offer anything either for my damage or discount rent, So why rent a space at a secured rental business? Then I was advised they couldn't believe someone would do something like that. I told them it was obvious someone did it because they placed a board over the burnt area to hide it. Then I returned this week to find their construction workers parking their personal vehicles in front of my trailer, blocking access. I called their messaging service and had to leave a message because no one was at the facility. I received no response for over 2 hours. I had to contact the company working on the facility myself to get the vehicles moved. When they finally did call back, I advised that I wanted to cancel my rental. They would not reimburse me for the rest of the month, but they did cancel my access immediately so they can rent it out again! Also pretty sure their people working and parking in front of my trailer were the ones who damaged my trailer! Very shady storage rental business! Buyer beware!! Will never rent from Public Storage again!!

All forms were electronic and they even have an app to use for access to the unit. But then three months later they raised the rate to DOUBLE of what I was paying. Conveniently they don't send you the notice of increase by text or email. They mail it to you on a postcard that looks like junk mail. Either way, as soon as I saw the charge for double the amount I called the office and spoke with the manager Mike. He agreed to lower my rate to 76 so that it would just be a 10$ increase and would reverse the charges for the larger amount that I had been charged. I advised them that once I saw the reversal in my account I would call back to pay the new agreed amount. This was on Tuesday 9/9. By Friday 9/12 there was still no reversal showing in my account. I once again called Mike and he advised that I there was nothing he could do about the late fee I was going to be charged. Refused to give me any information of who I could call to escalate the issue with. When I went a few hours later to the storage unit with my husband we discovered that he had restricted our gate access. I went in the office again to speak with him and this time miraculously while my husband was there he said he was about to call me because he was going to be able to waive the late fee. Gave me a card with a gate code to manually access the gate over the weekend in hopes that all would be resolved by Monday. We were able to access our unit manually at the gate Saturday but then come again Sunday our access had been removed. We called customer service only to be told that even if they gave us access we still wouldn't be able to access our unit as there was a note on my account that it had been double locked by management. Mind you at this point my account is only 5 days late and I have communicated with them multiple times. I went in today 9/15 and Mike is playing crazy saying that I should have had gate access all weekend. Flips the screen and tada it says I don't in fact have gate access. I paid the prorated amount left and advised him I was emptying my unit effective today. I proceeded to empty my unit and upon finishing moving the last few items I asked the lady that works there that was literally just walking around the second floor to inspect the unit with me and she refused to do so. I took my video of the unit for proof that it was in the same condition it was given to me and went to get my move out receipt from Mike. Amazingly enough. I promptly got both a text and email confirming my move out. But when it comes to that rent increase I was told by Mike that it can ONLY be sent by mail and they don't have a way of sending it electronically. Shady and unprofessional are just two of the choice words I would use for this place. Also, to make note that they can't even properly upkeep the property. To get to the handicap space you have to go through all the overhanging tree branches. Save yourself the headache of having to haggle with them every few months when they decide to raise your rent.
