What could have been a complete logistical nightmare was made so much easier because of Breck. He proactively coordinated pickup times, helped us navigate the process of getting two difficult trailers hooked up, and even coordinated with the moving company when one of the trucks had a dead battery and needed a technician to come out. He stayed involved throughout the process, making sure everything was resolved and that we could get safely on the road. Breck was consistently friendly, responsive, patient, and proactive, though many of the problems were outside of his responsibility. He genuinely went the extra mile to make a stressful situation manageable, and we really appreciated having someone so helpful and dependable in our corner. It wasn't just my unit that was broken into, it was many. One man had just moved here from Arizona and he had over 20 thousand dollars worth of firearms and safes stolen. Do not give these criminals your business.

With the severe drought we are in this year, our well just isn't producing the amount of water we…read moreneed. So it was necessary to truck in some water to fill our underground tanks, and we saw signs for AirOne for bulk potable water delivery. We gave them a call and Matthew, the owner, was very courteous and explained he could get us a 3,500-gallon delivery the next day -- all for a very fair price. He was prompt and efficient on the day of delivery, and found out he is actually a local neighbor near the Idaho-Washington state line. We will definitely be using AirOne again to fill our tanks, as this drought does not appear to be getting any better. Thank you Matthew and AirOne!

I had to…read morework from my laptop while they were unloading, so I quickly showed them around and gave some directions of what I was expecting. They were respectful of my working space, and followed my requests really well of where I wanted everything (and even made some really good decisions for things I had forgot to give directions on). The entire experience was professional and super quick, I could tell that they enjoy what they do and that makes a difference. They treat me so well that I find myself looking for scrap just so that I can go visit them. They help me unload and sort which has taught me so much about different types of metal and wires.
