Awesome. I needed to get our office building re-keyed. I reached out to them on a Sunday and asked that they show up Monday. They told me they would arrive between 9 and 11 AM. Fantastic. They showed up at 9AM. We went through the doors and discussed what needed to be done. They gave me a price that was very fair. An 1-1/2 later my doors were rekeyed, but that wasn't all. As they were working they found issues, like the deadbolts weren't functioning correct, so they fixed everything up. The gentleman that came out to our home was super professional, quick and efficient. I had been meaning to make an extra key but always put it off despite the fact that my coworker had given me great review from this facility. Well in my time of desperation because I needed to get the arrangements for my sons burial I call lock solutions and asks them how much they charge to make me a remote less key, they quote me $160 although I think that was a little steep and I think the remote access key they can make for me is also steep at $250 but what can you do nothing but pay. Having young drivers lose ignition keys several times over the last few years we've called a few locksmiths but this time we hit the jackpot! Ronnie the owner (forgive if I misspelled) came out and took care of business. I loved the reasonable flat fee and he even reprogrammed the broken key fob for free. He is a genuinely nice guy. This is the place to get your spare keys. The people there were nice and did a great job making a spare flip remote key for me. The quote they gave me was consistent and there were no bullshit hidden fees. The flip key looks exactly like my original one, and it works perfectly! However, the technician, who programmed the flip key, was 15-20 minutes late and my appointment was 9am. But, I did get a heads up from one of the people working there, so I wasn't that pissed. Hands down, these guys are the best you can ask for. They've saved me on two occasions. First, when I lost my Range Rover key and the Land Rover dealer told me there was ONE person who cuts keys in England and that it would take up to two weeks (God knows what it would cost). These guys were at my house within 24 hours. Secondly, when the battery died in the remote they were in my driveway the next day to help me out and only charged me for a service call. Honest and talented locksmiths. I have a 01 BMW X5 and my keys no longer to unlock or lock the car when I pushed the buttons. I went to BMW and they said I was sol since I already hit my quota of keys and that I would need to spend over 1k if I wanted to get my key to work. I called lock solutions and they said they could help me and either make a new key or replace the key for a reasonable price -- this was great news as BMW said it's not possible. When I arrived I was ready to spend 150 to 200 but before it got that far the guys at lock solutions tried a few things and were able to get my key working again without any replacement battery or key. I ended up not having to spend anything and my key works again. These guys won huge brownie points for their honesty and I will definitely be taking my business here in the future for any lock needs I have for my home or Car. Highly recommend. read more

Outside of the parking, this place is great. Tight little area. So here's the deal with OEM factory master keys. You can go on Ebay and buy a blank OEM master for your Lexus or whatever car you have or call these guys. The price is about the same for the key itself, but you don't have to wait and pay shipping from Ebay. I was in and out of there in less than an hour and my Lexus key worked for ignition and doors. $95 for everything--key, cut, program. They try it first, make sure all is well before purchase. Every guy in there is super cool. If you must have an OEM key, buy from Ebay and they will cut and program it for about $65. If you only have one master key for your car, this is a no-brainer. Key Fob is additional if you need this, but do not buy from dealer. Plenty of online step-by-step procedures to program for your car. read more
