He not only set up time to come by, but he proactively recommended electronic locks to me, steering me towards a better lock than the one I planning to install. After I looked further into it, he saved me the hassle of having to get additional hardware to use with the other lock I was planning to go with. That's above and beyond service in my opinion. When he called, instead of apologizing or taking responsibility, he became rude because I couldn't suddenly show up at a different time that worked for him.
