The land owner's are refusing to rent to potential buyers (for owners of trailers that wish to move) without 12 months rent prepaid upon purchasing, plus a deposit. (Buyers are retired and have excellent rental history, same residence for 30 years.) They are extorting those of us that wish to move and can't afford to move our 51 year old trailers, FFS. Why? Because when we move, and they don't receive the lot rent ... they assume ownership over our trailers, fix them up, if needed so that they can charge 300-400% more for rent. May they get everything that's comin' to 'em. And so it is! P. S. The town of Marshallville owns the utility company (Power, Water, Sewage) and do not accept any kind of energy assistance, nor any other outside assistance for support in maintenance.

Their storage units are adequate, and require a security code to enter/exit, so no complaints…read morethere. However, their billing leaves much to be desired. They keep billing me for months I've already paid for, AND for which I provided copies of cancelled checks proving payment. And after sending them written correspondence indicating that the unit had been emptied and I would no longer be renting it, I received a bill for a new month's rental, PLUS billing and late fees for months that were already paid for, and for which I have the cancelled checks. I've spent enough time, copy paper, and stamps on trying to get these folks to straighten out their bookkeeping. If you don't have the time to do their bookkeeping for them, then keep looking.
