Due to the need for a sitter to have access to my apartment for an aging pet, I realized it was time to get a second lock on my metal door. I looked up installation on YouTube and realized that the job (specifically drilling a 2" hole) was too big for me. I found the locksmith through an online search for local businesses and made an online inquiry about the job. I received a call the next day responding to the inquiry, got a quote and said I needed a day or so to think about it. (I was dragging my feet with a vacation coming up in less than a week). About 2 days later I got a call from a technician who was in the neighborhood and asked if I still wanted the service. I said sure and he arrived in under 15 minutes. He was quick and skilled and bored the 2" hole in the door, installed the deadbolt, swept up all the debris and was done in less than 15 minutes flat. The lock works perfectly and I was able to pay by credit card.

They said, send me a picture of the door and what we are looking for. I did that. Then, they said, oh that is not part of there service area, even though when I spoke to them on the phone they said it was part of their service area. False advertising. If they don't want to come out for a $3,000 job, that is fine, but don't tell me it is not in your service area after you already told me it was (because I specifically asked them).
