My niece and I was here this past Saturday (May 3). One of the best brunch experiences I have had. Service was amazing. With our server Nikki from the bar and our waiter Mickey (I really hope I got the name right) bringing our order. They were both friendly and made some of the best suggestions. Was super excited by the menu but underwhelmed with the service and product to be honest. They were very busy so we had to keep catching our waitress to order etc. the food came out warm like it had been sitting there for a while before being brought to the table, including my side of fries. The goat cheese appetizer and mint tea were both great, but everything else just didn't end up being a large good as it read on the menu. We've been going to this place for years. The food is usually very good. I will continue to visit this restaurant, but in our most recent visit we did learn not to order the meatloaf. On my wife's birthday, recently, she was in bed still recovering from the flu. Well enough to eat, but she wanted "comfort food". I ordered two meatloaf dinners to go so I could feed her in bed. Both meals appeared fine, but once we started eating them we noticed that looks can be deceiving. The beans had a strong chemical taste and the meatloaf had so much gristle that every single bite we both took had to be spit out. We couldn't eat either meal. Clearly a waste of money. My wife decided to just go back to sleep as she had lost her appetite. I can only assume that others complained about this same batch of meatloaf and greens, but it wasn't worth going back to correct the mistake. read more

My first time ever at local table and I was highly impressed. Service was above and beyond and highly attentive. The food was delicious! They had so many options and lots of vegan options as well which was a major bonus. I think I practically fell in love with this restaurant and next time my family is in town I'm certainly taking them here. Awesome fresh food made with love and flavor is on point. My daughter is Vegan that's why we ordered her something from the VEGAN menu. There is very clearly Ahi Tuna in this bowl. I'm assuming it's the Ahi tuna poke bowl and not the Vegan Mediterranean fusion bowl that we ordered. She didn't get off of work until 10pm and the restaurant is closed so we could not rectify the situation in order for her to eat tonight. If a restaurant is going to claim to meet special dietary needs they need to make sure they deliver. A person with food allergies could die. My husband and I (not vegans) had the rustico pizza and gyro wrap. They were just okay and cold, like refrigerated cold, by the time Uber eats delivered. I think we need more places like this one. The menu is very diverse and there is a little bit of everything for every taste. A restaurant with Brussels sprouts and antibiotic free meat options definitively has my starts. The service was great and we were all very pleased with our meals. My only complaints: - The gyro plate should loose the fries and if you keep the fries they should go on a separate plate. It was very frustrating trying to enjoy my mea when the fixings were on a separate plate and my meat was stuffed in with a lot of potatoes. - I think the potatoes are seasoned with paprika or a spice blend that has paprika. Nothing wrong with it, I love the spice, but it was a bit overpowering. - We all agreed that a few of our dishes were lacking on flavor. (Philly Cheesesteaks, Artichoke and Spinach Dip) They were seasoned very lightly. Yes, there is s&p provided and it's easier to fix a meal lacking salt than a salty one, however, there should be some kind of consistency. Maybe it's because I'm Latina and all my food needs to have flavor from the start. Who knows? All in all, I think we will definitively go back when we are in the area. Once again, a super popular spot with inconsistent overpriced average food. I've had a sandwich there that was great and then other times, the food was not good. I told my waitress I am allergic to cucumbers but that put them in in all their salads so could I sub a regular salad. I get the bill and they up charged 5$. I refused to pay that. I love Local Table! The food is fresh the atmosphere is pleasant and the service is friendly, fast and attentive. Anthony was my server today and he made sure I had what I needed throughout the meal. I had the Prosciutto Eggs Benedict which was perfection and a Cappuccino...fabulous. Allen is the manager today and he stopped by my table to ensure everything was to my liking. This is a regular occurrence when I come to eat here, the managers are visible and engaged. I come often enough alone and with friends that some of the managers recognize me, real 'local' feeling. I really want to like this place, it is in walking distance from my house. Lunch and dinner selections are good but all sauces have mushrooms so if you don't like mushrooms you will be disappointed. Our server and the staff were excellent! Manager could take a lesson, he seemed overwhelmed. Eggs are a no go. On a previous trip I ordered eggs Benedict well done after three tries I gave up. Yesterday my wife order eggs Benedict over medium and the whites were runny. After 2 more tries the manager lectured us about poached eggs explaining medium to well poached eggs take 15-20 minutes of cook time. He was clearly irritated. Pretty obvious he doesn't cook eggs. He finally brought my wife fried eggs that were over cooked , yokes were broken, well done and crispy. Hardly medium.. He did explain their eggs are cooked in large batches . The last thing I will say is they mass fill there water glasses from a bucked on top of a cart. Not what I think of when I think of a nice restaurant. I could see this from my table. I had a rough day and decided to try something new. Between the service and the freshness of the food, it was a great end to a long day. My server Maria, was absolutely delightful. Since I was a first timer, I asked for a recommendation and I wasn't disappointed! The chicken was delicious and although I wasn't sure about that sauce, I was pleasantly surprised.
