We intentionally manage a smaller portfolio of homes so we can deliver a higher level of service, responsiveness and attention to detail to both our clients and residents.

History
Established in 2009.
This business was built on a strong foundation with years of experience in construction, real estate and property management field. The next step was setting out to raise the bar in this industry. We wanted to be the best with our advertising, screening, reducing vacancies, responding to and overseeing maintenance and communication with all parties. We focused on sustainable growth to provide consistent, high-quality service to our clients and residents. As a locally based team in North County San Diego, we understand the diverse markets and what makes each special. We maintain trusted vendor relationships to ensure efficient, cost-effective property care. We pride ourselves on reliable, transparent service and continue to evolve through technology, industry knowledge, constantly changing laws and a commitment to those who trust us with their homes. While competitors are moving towards complete automation, we still believe relationships are the foundation to a successful business.
Meet the Business Owner: Wesley B.
Born and raised in San Diego, I’ve worked in construction from a young age. Working my way up from digging trenches to estimating multi-million dollar projects. That hands-on experience carries over into property management, where I’m able to quickly assess issues, distinguish true emergencies from simple fixes, and put together a clear plan to resolve them efficiently.
I’m not afraid to get my hands dirty when needed, and I take pride in being responsive, practical, and solutions-oriented.
I’ve also held a California Real Estate license since 2002, with experience across all aspects of real estate. My approach is simple: work hard, be honest, and do what it takes to exceed my clients’ expectations. I have been blessed to call this special place my home and share it with my family. I love my community and give back by coaching youth sports and am also a member of the San Diego County Sheriffs Search and Rescue team.
