I'm not sure where to start about how amazing Eder Contreras and the Broadpoint Properties team are! Eder has been a tremendous help in helping my parents sell their house. Not only he got their house appraised and sold $40k over the asking price, but he was also there every single step of the way to make the process go as smooth as possible. Eder explains everything to us so we have a very firm grasped of the process. With my parents' language barrier and lack of knowledge in technology, Eder was willing and happily drive over to their house every single time to explain all the paperwork and show them how to fill them out correctly. He was so patient with them. Not only that, but Eder also helped us out while we were remodeling and when my parents were moving. I can't tell you how easy the whole process has been. We don't live nearby so having her team handle all the marketing, acquiring a qualified and good tenant, managing the lease contract, renewal contract, all payments, and any repair issue that has come up, annual inspection of the property, etc. has been absolutely invaluable and a breath of fresh air. DO NOT GO WITH THIS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY!!! Beware Beware!!! From the start of the showing the agent showing you the listing will have no clue of any knowledge on the property. They have you reach out to the property manager which is RACHEL and I reached out multiple times a day and no phone calls back or answers. Then when submitting an application their site was not allowing us to submit the application and when we were in need of HELP nobody was there to assist. Once Rachel answered the phone call after multiple days have gone by and the listing was coincidentally no longer available she was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and flat out rude. Everything was shady about this management and how this business is ran. I AM SHOCKED on how they have this good of a rating for this business. Javier who is the Business manager was also not very helpful with fixing the issue as this whole situation was handled very poorly. If i could give ZERO stars I WOULD! He was supposed to help me cover rent-back costs for my buyer, we did a "handshake" deal with Javier promising to cover a very small amount. After the deal he took off and avoided payment. Bad company representation. I will never do another transaction with Javier Zavala or Broadpoint Properties. Buyer beware--get everything from this company in writing and signed.
