Little Italy white pizza. Prosciutto was thick, chewy and cooked. Pepperoni was salty and soggy
Dave D.

Ugh. So we ordered our pizza. One white called little Italy. First time I ever had thick cooked slices of prosciutto on a pizza. Usually thin shaved slices added after pizza cooked. Prosciutto was very chewy and tough. Ricotta cream was really good. Fresh mozzarella seemed like a slice of normal mozzarella. Crust had a decent flavor. Good chewy factor and good cook. Ordered a pepperoni pizza. Pizza was soggy. Crust flimsy and wet. Pepperoni was good. Cheese was salty. The pizza was ok. The bad part was the lack of attention from stafff. Walked in 20 minutes like they said when they took our order. Couldn't find pizzas. Waited 30 minutes for pizzas on top of 20 minutes. They couldn't give an answer of what happened. Didn't seem to really care. It seemed like the pepperoni sat the 30 minutes because they forgot to make the other pizza. Would have left if we had not paid. I am sure we can do better. Take out seemed somewhat active but restaurant was dead.

The best pizza I've had in the area! Honestly, it's better and more affordable than Napule. If you're craving delicious pizza at a fair price, this is the place to go! Also, the service here is very kind. Don't miss out! PS... it looks better on the inside than the outside. Don't judge a book by its cover

So good I could barely get a full pic

This place is bomb and so welcoming! The wait is long, but beyond worth it. Local pizza has the freshest ingredients and best menu options! I've never once been disappointed. Always clean with the cutest store front. Highly recommend as a returning customer.

Great staff, good pizza. Honestly enjoyed the leftover pizza the next day, microwaved for a minute, for beach lunches! Outdoor covered patio. Small spot, parking easy. Only one size of pizza. Made fresh to order.

Pepperoni pizza

The Pizza is pretty average, Could be better 5.5 - 10 Prolly won't go back. Light sauce, pepperoni isn't the best quality. Cooked okay

Florida and pizza are now like two peas in a pod thanks to the tremendous migration pattern of people from the north east cities. That being said, there is a lot of pizza competition in this area, and if you're struggling to decide where to eat your next Italian meal, this is certainly a viable option. The ambience is contemporary and hip with a stunning bar and the table service is phenomenal. It's easy to find, on the east side of the 41 in Osprey and there's convenient off street parking. Now keep in mind, the pizza is mediocre. While real pizza (in my opinion) is not overwhelmed by toppings, this restaurant seem to be thrilled to offer you all kinds of interesting pizza varieties, but when it comes down to a basic classic cheese pie, this one will not be at the top of your list. All the pies are 14 inches, which would be considered a small pizza. When you fold such a small slice it feels like a child's portion. Additionally, the pie we had was light on mozzarella cheese. There was no gooey string of cheese hanging down after you take your first bite. Would I recommend giving this restaurant a try? Sure, they might have exactly what you want. It's just not my New York City style pizza. Salute!

Good pizza spot a little away from siesta key. We had several pizzas and all were good.

Kid friendly and accomodating. Indoor and outdoor seating.

Great NY style pizza. Friendly service by Joe and the rest of the team. Nice that you can buy a whole pizza or just grab a slice.

It has always been our go-to. This past Sunday, our experience was deeply disappointing and frankly unlike anything we have encountered here before. We ordered two pizzas and salads. The margherita pizza -- which my parents had ordered just one week prior without any issues -- arrived completely different. It had an additional cheese layered beneath the fresh mozzarella that was overcooked and almost burnt. The crust on both pizzas was so hard it could not be folded (anyone from the East Coast knows you fold your pizza), and my son was unable to cut through it with a knife and fork. It was inedible. We sent both pizzas back. The server returned and offered to remake only one, insisting the second was fine. It was not. When we pointed out that the margherita is traditionally just fresh mozzarella, tomato sauce, and basil -- and that this was not what was served -- we were told "this is how we do it." We have been ordering this pizza for seven years. It was not how they do it. The one pizza that was remade came back only marginally better. We did not ask again. From that point, our table was completely abandoned. Every glass at our table was empty. Not the server, not a busser, not a single person passing by stopped to offer water or check on us. My father eventually had to go inside to find someone. My son had to walk to our car in the parking lot to retrieve his water bottle, and I went to my car to get a sparkling water I happened to have in the cup holder. That is how thirsty we were and how little attention our table received. The indifference started even before the food arrived. When we declined cocktails and handed back the drink list, letting the server know we would all just be having water, the reaction was visibly dismissive and unwelcoming -- not the kind of response anyone expects when simply choosing not to order alcohol. The hostess, as has been the case on prior visits, was visibly disgruntled and unwelcoming. We understand that Sunday service is busy. We were patient and did not make a scene. We simply wanted food that was edible and basic attentiveness as paying customers. Neither was provided. My mother, who has been one of their most consistent regulars, left saying she did not want to return. That says everything. For a restaurant that benefits enormously from a captive local audience and steady tourist traffic, this level of disregard for loyal, long-term customers is disappointing. We hope management takes this feedback seriously.

The dining areas are on the main floor with also an outdoor patio and a small upstairs area. What I love about this restaurant is you can see the cooks making your entrees. This is really appealing when you view your pizza in their wood fire oven. We tried their meatball appetizer which was a chef special, and you see from my picture there were three meatballs in a tasty red sauce topped with mozzarella and a fresh basil leaf. It was a great addition to our meal. I also recommend the Semplice salad and grilled salmon which is a good size portion with arugula and lettuce topped with carrots, radicchio and layered with shaved Parmesan cheese. Don't expect dressing as they serve olive oil and balsamic vinegar at your table. Another favorite dish is the cod filet sautéed with capers, onions, and olives which is served with potatoes and broccoli. If you're in the Sarasota area and want a clean and delicious Italian dinner Napule is a great choice.

The charcuterie was better but tough to mess this up. I had the Quattro pizza. It was super soft and really not that great, super floppy and just ok. The soup was meh. Friends had pasta and said it was pretty good. We had a group that hasn't seen each other in over a year. Being a server is hard but you have to understand when to break in and when not too. Ours was nice but always seemed to be interrupting a story. I get it, but this is an art. I just don't see us going back, there are so many better places.
