It's changed some since it first opened, with more easily modified choices, at least from how the menu reads. With that said, during busy times this place is a step away from hectic and not worth the wait if you're pressed for time. The drinks are very good, and with no extras making it impossible to distinguish tastes. It's a pricey alternative to at home smoothies, but far healthier than the sugar-laden options available elsewhere. If a pre-selected flavor variety isn't quite what you want, you can add or substitute choices, but know that's where the price adders will come. Still, if healthier choices is one of your goals, Nekter has you covered.

I don't think it's good just because it gets me out of the house, either. It's all in the balance. The nachos, both with the pork and beef are filling and overloaded with toppings. Although the pork was slightly dry, the seasonings were still detectable. The shrimp tacos, with several decent size shrimp in each taco, also were done well. The shrimp were slightly overcooked; however, with the extra sauce and filling, it wasn't noticeable. It's tough getting everything exactly right when you can't eat it right away and that might well be why the meat on the nachos and the shrimp missed the mark. But on the tacos: They are hard to eat because the insides keep falling out -- they're that stuffed. Don't eat them in the car. The quesadillas? Oh wow. I can go on about these for a while, but just know that they will always be my go-to from this truck. Nice people, tasty food, consistently done. I look forward to trying them again when getting the food and driving back to the social distancing abode isn't a mandate.

The tater tots are crispy, the sausage gravy is yummy, the over medium egg was cooked to perfection, and the freshly cooked bacon brought it over the top. Ain't no pre-made bacon bits around here! Ron (Pop) is serving delicious food with an incredible story. He's a U.S. vet trying to make his and his mom's dreams come true. Like many of these places, there are always way too many…read morechoices and because there is likely a minimum number of wings you can get per flavor, it requires some judicious planning. We didn't do that. Overall, 406 Wingz has decent (large) wings, but they're not inexpensive, but what is anymore? It'll be worth it, though. They don't have precooked wings, so be ready for a wait. I'm okay with that, too. Again, although I'm not sure of the minimum number of wings you can get per flavor, there were no issues with ordering 4 of any one kind and we ordered four of two different flavors: Buffalo Parm and Parm garlic. It wasn't until after we ordered that I noticed a "parm" pattern, so the next time we'll have to explore some other options. Despite our poor planning, we thought the wings were good. If you do come across 406 Wingz, don't dawdle: they sell out quickly.
