Neasa never called before we got there to say she was running late and never attempted to have other stylists there cut our hair (they were all busy by the time Neasa told us to rebook). Neasa also never offered to make this up to us in any way (a small gesture would have been appreciated). We both had been customers of Neasa for about 6 months. Per THEIR website. Service received was a shampoo, cut and blow dry. Was charged $42 at register. When I questioned why $8 more dollars, this is where it got a little ugly. They had some other stylist come up to register and she said the blow dry didn't come with that, I say ok, but then that should have been shared before proceeding with blow dry. For $8 I can blow dry my own hair.(I didn't say this to them I thought it, as that may have been rude to say) I handed over the $42 + $6 tip and requested my receipt. Magically, the stylist figured out the $34 and gave me back the tip$ too. I guess the customer is not supposed to clarify what was being charged and why?? Why not? Why did this have to be ugly? I was not loud. I was not mean. I stood my ground and tried to understand. My hair looks good and I appreciated the stylist but now I can't go back because they don't know how to talk to their customers!
