We were involved in conversation, it was quiet no loud music and relaxing. My daughter saw Kenya and she did an amazing job. I should have taken a before picture. My daughter has natural hair and normally wears it in two strand twists or braids( no weave, just her own hair) it took a while but the stylist was able to wash, condition, blow dry and flat iron her hair and it looked amazing. For starters, he was very unprofessional he was late the appointment time was 8:30 he arrived at 8:50 and did not start my mothers hair until 9:15am then when I texted him for an estimate finish time he replied "BOUT 10" he didn't finish until 11:30..my mother still had to get make up done and be to the chapel by 1pm. He took forever and the lace was lifting in the back with endless lace showing, he burnt her twice, & he put clippers to her hair (why do you even need to cut my mother's hair to put a wig on?!) Let's bffr..these are the results of work from this salon, my mother had to go through her wedding day in pain & a HUGE welt on the back of her neck, all we can say is NEVER AGAIN and when I called the salon to file a complaint all the owner could say was "well was this your first time booking with Cory?" I had a wig made and colored by a previous hairstylist and decided that I wanted to have the wig cut into a bob and dyed black. Her price was reasonable and the quality of the hair dye used was great. My wig stayed jet black for months! When I called for clarification, I was told she "normally works out of a shop," but that the owner is remodeling. Instead, she sent me a residential address. While the inside of her home was clean and the braiding room looked exactly like the photos online, it felt misleading. If she operates from home, that should be clearly stated upfront instead of creating confusion. The bigger issue was pricing. I booked services for my daughter, and her website clearly lists boho knotless braids at $280. However, once my daughter arrived, she was told the price would be $370. When I called to question this, I was told the website says "$280 and up," which is not accurate based on what is displayed. My daughter then switched to medium knotless braids and was quoted $350, even though the website lists butt-length medium knotless braids at $330. The pricing felt inconsistent and not transparent. Overall, I did not appreciate the lack of honesty regarding both the location and the pricing. Clear communication and honoring listed prices are basic expectations for any business. While the final result looked good, the misleading information and pricing were unacceptable. We won't be returning.

Leah who is the one I go to for brows, lashes, facials,etc is really good and she knows just what I like. Sorry but I have forgotten his name but the man who does massages there is fabulous. The owner Christie is present and involved. I was lucky to get in with her once for a cut considering she is frequently booked.
