I found Camille, of Heavenly Styles via a web search. I went to her salon, which is not honesty represented by her website, for a take down and reinstall of a Lace Frontal with two sew in bundles. She TOTALLY ruined by high quality Virgin Indian Weave by using Dandruff shampoo to clean it. I paid $800 for my hair which I have purchased from Perfect Locks in CA for the past twelve years. NEVER,EVER has ANY licensed hair stylist used dandruff shampoo on my weave. It is used for the scalp.Moreover, that was the ONLY shampoo that she had.She tried to state that the tangling was due to the quality of the hair. However, since I have NEVER experienced that with ANY other stylist, I knew it was the shampoo. I literally had to insist that she show me the product. She conceded that was the ONLY shampoo that she had in her suite.Also, when I arrived home, I discovered that she left a gap in the back of my hair because she did not install all of the hair. She left a WHOLE ROW of hair out. I decided to book with this stylist after viewing the numerous positive reviews on her Yelp page. Communicating with her was easy, as she was responsive via text and Yelp messaging. When I arrived for my appointment, I realized that she works from her home, which I generally like to know before the appointment. Not a big deal though as she was ready to begin as soon as I arrived. The stylist braided my hair extremely fast, in about 10-15 minutes, which I felt was oddly quick. In the past when I have gotten crochet braids, the stylists have done smaller braids in the very front which feed into larger braids towards the back so that the crochet can flatter. However, all the braids were the same size. This was my first time using precurled hair so I figured perhaps this made a difference. It only took her an hour to do my entire head-- Braids, crocheting, and cutting-- which in theory is great, but I'm not sure how great it is for the durability of the hairstyle. It's been about two weeks and a lot of the crocheted pieces at the part have loosened such that I have to pull at the knots to retighten, something I've never done before. Also, I think the large, equal sized braids makes for an invisible part that isn't natural looking, which is the whole point of an invisible part. The hair at the part is also huge and doesn't lay very flat bc of the braids underneath. Overall, friendly service and decent install if you are looking for a style for 2-3 weeks. read more

I can sincerely say that Ms. Camille is a "Master Braider and Stylist". She was able to readily understand "my vision" regarding the hair color/highlights I wanted installed in my hair. My appointment was a breeze. I arrived @ 3:30 p.m. w/ an Angela Davis Afro and left @ 4:45 p.m. with beautiful shoulder length crochet braids. I highly recommend Ms. Camille as a "Master Braider and Stylist". I have worn protective styles for almost 5 years while living in Philly and now that I live in Maryland I have finally found my Braider and Stylist to continue my natural hair growth process. Camille was fabulous. In by 9a out by 11a. I got the crochet braids with a dark brown to match my natural hair on top and underneath a dark red for some color.
