I went to Hannah, who at first was okay but at my second to last appointment did an awful job. Before my hair mistake color wise, somehow she turned my hair green. That was fixed at the time but I ended up with what looked like a giant skunk stripe in my hair when it went up. I went through the process of calling and asking for it to be fixed, which is already super awkward but I paid for a service with a certain expectation, and they also naturally have you go back to the person who made the mistake which is again, awkward. She wasn't able to, or willing to, fix my hair, just made it a little less drastic and advised me to wear my hair in a totally new and different style than my norm because it would hide her error. She also then refused to dry it unless I wanted to pay for a separate blow out, so it wasn't as obvious to me how little she fixed since I left with damp hair. To lessen my confidence in her abilities, she also got a call from a client, which she took in front of me, where the client complained that she had missed a good amount of spots whilst dying her hair a few days prior. Not a good look overall. My new colorist was very polite in explaining how she'd have to fix my botched color but I'm still a bit salty about what I paid for what I got here.

I had an unfortunate experience with another hair salon and my hair broke off very bad around the edges leaving me with a couple of spots that were left bald. I was very distraught. I heard of a salon called Coiffure Imagez in Laurel, MD and decided to give her a call just to look at my hair not even to wash or try to repair the damage. After I spoke with Deanna, she was so calming on the phone and told me to come in that day and she would access the damage. After I got there with my better half, she instantly made us feel better. She not only told us what was wrong with my hair but what she could do the very next morning to correct my hair (which was her day off due to her having family in from out of town for Thanksgiving). I was totally surprised that she took me in as a new client on her day off but she did. She gave me an awesome hairstyle and one that I cannot keep my hands out of and stop getting compliments from. She is classy and topnotch! She truly made my Thanksgiving a good day! Now I have one more person to be thankful for.

I accidentally booked incorrectly online, so she called me and fixed it for me and still got me in her chair in less than 24 hours!! I got a wash, condition, blow dry, press, cut, and style, and let me tell you, I haven't had hair this soft in ages!! She showed me how much hair she could cut off while also retaining length, but I told her to go even shorter lol! She absolutely delivered She was so personable, and soft spoken, and was able to hold great conversation without anything feeling phony or forced! I had red/copper hair a year ago and haven't touched it since, she made sure to check if my hair was good enough to resist another bleaching so I wouldn't have breakage. Unfortunately my hair couldn't resist so we had to settle for a softer blonde. I will be back to get it lighter but I definitely recommend this salon for services.
