Each day they have 50% off deal. Today they had a Shisedo moisturizer on sale.. which I could not miss. I ordered online and to pick up at the store. I loved how the take security measures to make sure your pick up order goes to you and not some random person. I love shopping for perfumes and this location had samples on display for me to try. At other locations you have to ask for assistance and you get eye rolls.. I understand that they are afraid of theft but honestly you will make more sales whe samples are available because if you love the perfume your gonna buy it... I tried Ariana Grandes perfume and its my new favorite... im wait for a sale... Everything I needed was in stock. Especially my favorite lip stick.. The employees are friendly. I love how clean the stations are, to samples make up. Ill make the extra trek to this location.

This was the best threading experience I have ever had. Thorough without pain, I left without any redness. I love when getting threaded and you can tell your being accurately checked if your brows are symmetrical, feel the thread go alongside your nose and almost across the eye the way your supposed to fill in with a brow pencil. Now I am still on the road to recovery from uneven threading but Jyothirami did the best she could and I will be returning so that my brows will regain their glory. Definitely a hidden gem !

I was happy with overall the job she did but the color was a little to light. But the overall job was solid. I shared that and she was like come back and I will fix it. She did a great job this is more me, and I really think I am done trying to put color in my hair. She was very happy I gave her the chance to fix it. That to me meant a lot. Most stylists get tuddy when you point out things. Not Teresa she was like ok let me fix it, and she did just that. This is for sure my new salon! She cut it even too, it's a little shorter than I expected. However it will grow back faster that way, plus it's even:) I plan on returning to her to keep my hair right and tight. Per usual the service is always really good, and I enjoy talking to her. Stylists are counselors and don't even realize it lol. My daughter will be visiting soon and I will add pics!

They charge a fee for using a credit card. Cool, I'll pay in cash. The last time I gave them my business I learned to ask for the total before they begin. I go to the ATM up the street and get cash. They were wrapping up service on my family member and I'm going to pay. The owner? gets an attitude and tells me they didn't include the wash in the price. I looked at the lady who gave me the quote and she said nothing. I point out to the owner that wasn't included in the price her employee gave me. She said well that the price. Pause It would be good customer service to just let me pay the price quoted. I'd been there several times before so I was a regular. Welp The owner didn't see it that way. Which is fine for her but she lost to regular customers. I will never go there again. Although, further away, I found a different Braider who I now recommend. They give a good experience and run their business professionally and ethically.

I was in on the 17th of September 2024 . First let me say "I love my braids" they are a little…read moretight, but I'll get used to them. The concerns I have are more about the shop's policy: First the credit/debit card policy. No matter how much ur service is, they are going to charge you $7.00 just for pulling out your card. Oh they do have an ATM machine right there BUT they own that too.... So either way they're still making money. I WILL be checking with my CC company to see if this is even legal. My other concern is the level of professionalism or lack there of..... A young lady walked in, I think her name was Fatima. She walked in and "looked" to be high as He**, well she comes in goes to the back makes something to eat then proceeds to go to sleep...and I mean this chick went to SLEEP . She laid the chair back, took her shoes off and was OUT and no one saw anything wrong with it. I guess what they said in some of the reviews was true when the owner is away the workers will play. I CANNOT imagine the owner knowing how her shop is operated when she not there. Oh and I almost forgot.... My daughter had gone to them a week prior to me, she hot medium braids they charged her 220 +7 for using plastic...Then they charged me the same for small braids..... not cool AT ALL. I wish Sefa would explain her pricing.
