This restaurant definitely gives an upscale experience from the moment you walk in, there's someone at the door to greet you, and the ambiance inside is really nice! Comfortable seating and great music throughout. Service was a highlight; the staff were attentive and friendly, and food came out without a long wait. One thing to note is that it is on the pricier side. Entrées are à la carte, so if you want sides, those come at an additional cost, which can add up quickly. For food, I had the sea bass. The sauce was delicious and really carried the dish, but the fish itself was just okay. I also tried the vegetable lo mein, which I actually enjoyed more -- especially after adding some of the sauce from the sea bass. In hindsight, I probably would've just ordered the lo mein as my main. Some of my family members had the fried rice and really liked it. We also ordered sake, but all of the options were served cold, it would've been nice to have a warm sake option available. Overall, I would come back, but I'd definitely try different dishes next time.

This is one of my favorite restaurants I have tried recently!! The food was all absolutely amazing, and so unique. The vibe is moody and perfect for a girls night or date night. We went during the week, but I can imagine the bar gets busy during the weekend! It's in West Midtown right by everywhere else you want to be! Great spot to grab drinks before a dinner or something as well. Ok parking.... They only have Valet and it's a set fee of $20!! I've never heard of valet that expensive for a dinner. We were able to find street parking around the corner that only cost like $4 or $6, so definitely do that if you can! I wish West Midtown had better parking options because that adds a lot to your dinner. Overall- great spot everyone should try!

Stopped by here for cocktails while in the area. I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the music. I'll be back to try the food menu.

Birthday dinner for 4 We approached the restaurant and I decided to park in the Interlock parking lot. It was a Friday evening and the lot was pretty full. We had to go up about 3 - 4 levels before we found an available spot. It was the usual ParkMobile scan and pay setup. Reasonable parking prices for a few hours. A better option than the $20 restaurant valet I read about before we arrived. Definitely take a picture of where you are parked. It was confusing to find the actual restaurant. I asked a couple people around the Interlock and they had no clue where the restaurant was. We made it down to Beeline Blvd and could see Lo Kee and took the short walk over to 2 Interlock Ave. We entered the restaurant and were surprisingly welcomed with a low energy greeting. I advised I had a 6:30 reservation for four, celebrating my daughter's birthday. The host asked if we wanted to sit inside or outside on the patio and you know we had to head out to the patio. I immediately noticed the elegant design and layout of the interior dining room, as we were led through. The patio was also designed nicely with plenty of seating. We were seated and quickly provided menus. We reviewed our drink options and the 1st thing I noticed was the very limited beer selection, with only 3 options. Our server came by quickly and we were ready with our drink order. Wifey and I ordered the TsingTao Chinese lager. My youngest daughter ordered a Lychee Martini and my oldest kept it simple with a sweet tea. We also added the Crab croquette appetizer to the order. The drinks and appetizer came out quickly. We all shared the crab croquettes, they were very crunchy with real lump crab meat. The sauce that came with it tasted like hasabi or horseradish. It was a nice companion to the crab. When it was time for our entree orders, I ordered the Nine Seasons Jumbo Shrimp and Wifey ordered the Grand Marnier Jumbo Shrimp. My oldest ordered the Yuzo Miso Glazed Salmon. The server let her know that the salmon is prepared closer to well done and wanted to make sure she was good with that. That was good to know ahead of time and my daughter stuck with her choice. My youngest daughter, the birthday girl, ordered the Short Ribs. Our server also informed us the entrees came family style without their own side, so I added an order of Vegetable Fried Rice for the table. The food came out quickly and we all started digging in. My Nine Seasons shrimp were delicious with a sweet and spicy glaze. Everyone really enjoyed their entrees. Overall the layout, food and service were top notch. The only reason I am not handing out a 5 star rating is because of the low key greeting we received when we arrived, the very limited beer selection, no complimentary dessert for birthday guests and an automatic 20% gratuities added to the bill for a small party of 4 on a Friday evening.

While staying at Bellyard, took a short walk over to Lo Kee for dinner. It's Asian fusion and has a very sexy ambiance. Definitely a date night, girls or boys night out. There were some small groups too of after-work types. Our server, Andrew G. was very pleasant, helpful and attentive. He provided great recommendations, answered our questions (no hot sake) and checked in regularly. There's a team of help that serves food, bussed the table and supported Andrew. Probably the best service I've had in a while - personality and a sense of humor to create a wonderful experience. The food - overall it was tasty. The price point to the flavor and portion size left me wanting more. We started with the crab croquettes and oxtail spring rolls, then for dinner the chicken lo-mein (added shrimp), and Beijing chicken. The oxtail spring rolls were definitely the star of the show! A great cut of meat, flaky roll paper and served hot. The noodles were pretty basic and the chicken was a bit dry & tough. The steamed white rice was yummy though. We ordered a bottle of sake and that was pretty amazing. The Pure Dawn bottle was great to top off the meal. I'd like to try some other menu options on my next visit and I recommend others go for an elevated meal.

100/10. Outstanding! Took my husband for his birthday. Everything from the food to the vibe was perfect. I did not like the lychee martini. It can do without the coconut or just an entirely new recipe but everything else was superb. The service was 10/10 and the food was so good. My husband really enjoyed the spicy tuna crispy rice so much he ordered it twice. The lobster spoons needed a squeeze of lemon or something but still really good. The kung pao chicken was seasoned so well! Super delicious. The rock shrimp was delicious too!! Will definitely be back!

Lo Kee brings a big, high-energy Asian fusion concept to Atlanta with a modern-meets-traditional design. The space is large and visually impressive at first glance, but for a restaurant at this price point, the ambiance felt more like a 6-7/10 overall. Our table for two was positioned right in the middle of the space in a way that made it feel like we were sitting in a hallway rather than a proper dining area. That took away a big part of the experience. We did ask to move, but were told everything was reserved -- even though some tables remained empty or were later given to other guests. Food was a mix of highs and lows. The wonton soup was average and lacked depth. The lobster spoons and lobster siu mai were the highlights -- fresh, flavorful, and well executed. Edamame dumplings were good. However, the Chilean sea bass and lobster lo mein both leaned too sweet, which took away from the overall balance of the dishes. Service was the strongest part of the night. Even though they were busy, the team handled it well. The person taking care of us (likely a manager) was knowledgeable, attentive, and very professional. For the price point, expectations are naturally higher. While there were a few standout dishes and excellent service, the overall experience didn't fully match the cost. Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3.5 Food: 3 Overall, closer to a 3-star experience, but giving 4 stars based on the service and a few highlights.

I recently dined at Lo Kee and had a mixed experience overall. The ambiance was undeniably cute and very picture-worthy, making it a great spot aesthetically. However, the music leaned heavily toward loud R&B, which at times overpowered the dining experience and made it a bit difficult to fully enjoy conversation. Ambiance: 7/10 The fried rice was unfortunately the biggest letdown. It lacked depth and came across as completely under-seasoned. I even found myself asking for chili oil just to give it some life, which shouldn't be necessary for a dish that's usually so flavorful. Rating: 3/10 The lobster for two had a better presentation and quality, but it still fell short in the flavor department. While the texture was enjoyable, it lacked proper seasoning and didn't leave a lasting impression. Rating: 5/10 The standout of the night was a tuna dish (possibly the tuna appetizer), which was fresh, well-balanced, and actually delivered on flavor. It was the only item that felt thoughtfully executed. Rating: 7/10 Overall, Lo Kee shows some potential with its ingredients, but the execution leans heavily toward under-seasoning. With more attention to flavor, this could be a much stronger dining experience. Overall: 5/10 Spent around $500 , didn't take pictures of everything

I'm going to start this review by saying: YOU MUST TRY THIS NEW ASIAN FUSION RESTAURANT. Per their website, Lo Kee is "Asian Fusion Meets Southern Comfort" from NYC's Sei Less team, and my friends and I had an absolutely delightful dining experience. The space gives understated elegance--beautiful, well-done décor with a great ambiance that feels upscale yet welcoming. The entire staff was friendly and accommodating from start to finish. When we checked in, I mentioned that we had an additional guest joining our party, and they were happy to accommodate us--something that can often be difficult, so it was truly appreciated. Our server, Julia, was fantastic. She offered recommendations that were all spot on. Many of the dishes are perfect for sharing, so we ordered a wide variety--and everything was delicious. Our table enjoyed the oxtail spring rolls, lobster spring rolls, shrimp lettuce wraps, chicken fried wontons, apple salad, sea bass, chicken lo mein, shrimp fried rice, salt and pepper prawns, Beijing chicken, and filet mignon with broccoli. Not a single miss. The drinks were amazing, especially the lychee martini. If you're not a fan of coconut, you can order it without the coconut milk, which is a nice touch. I had read another review that mentioned disappointment with the desserts, but we tried the tiramisu and cheesecake and thought both were very good. All in all, this was a great dining experience, and I highly recommend Lo Kee. Parking options include valet, the Interlock garage, and limited ParkMobile street parking. I'll definitely be back.

This restaurant is beautiful but I don't think their food is anything special. Given the price, I would rather order my usual takeout Chinese rather than eat here again. We ordered the gorgeous looking lobster spoons but the lobster was the chewiest lobster I have ever eaten. The spicy tuna crispy rice was good but not strong tuna flavor. The spicy kung pao chicken was very good quality with crunch and spice delivering well. The lo mein was a bit sweet but good and the bok choy side was delicious. It was very garlicky and crisp. It was perhaps my favorite part of the meal. They provided very attentive service the entire time but that could not make up for the mediocre food. The drinks were very good but not a very diverse cocktail list and again the prices don't match with the quality delivered. This is a place that looks prettier than it tastes.

It's located next to the Interlock building in West Midtown. They offer valet for $20, or you can self-park in the garage next door. The garage can be confusing. Elevators and stairs are in different places on each floor and drop you off on different sides of the building. Floors are labeled with "F" in the stairs and "G" in the elevator, which makes it even more confusing. Take a photo of where you park. We took the stairs down, which exited close to the restaurant, but it's a one-way door, so we couldn't get back in. It took a while to find our car afterward, so just be prepared. The restaurant gets busier as the night goes on, so it's best to make a reservation for weekend dinners. The interior has a nice contemporary "West-meets-East" design. Double white tablecloths look elegant but can get messy easily. Service was excellent. Our server, Joshua, was knowledgeable, friendly, and very attentive. We ordered: * Lobster Spoons: a definite hit. * Apple Salad: good, but it's literally all apples with dressing, not a mixed salad. My family enjoy it. * Short Rib Bao Buns: soft buns and tender pork belly. Not my personal favorite, but great for meat lovers. * Shrimp Steamed Dumplings: another hit. Fresh shrimp and perfectly thin dumpling skin. * Grand Marnier Jumbo Prawns: we all loved this dish. Fresh, well-seasoned, slightly sweet, and perfectly cooked. * Chocolate Cake: simple and not overly sweet. Prices are on the higher side, but this is fine dining in West Midtown, so it's expected. This is not your typical Buford Highway Chinese restaurant, completely different atmosphere and dining style, so don't compare the two. My family enjoyed both the food and the service. A 20% service fee is automatically added, but they still print suggested tip amounts at the bottom, so double-check your bill to avoid accidentally double tipping. We had a great experience, so we were fine with the added 20%. Overall, I appreciate the good balance of seafood and meat dishes and the variety on the menu. We liked our meal and will be back to try more. Highly recommended!

I went here for a birthday celebration I must say the parking is a little bit limited so we had to park on the street but you want to make sure that you pay so that when you come out you do not have a boot on your car. There are two doors to enter in one for birthday celebrations and one for regular reservations there is security at the front door. We were in the party section which is separate from the main restaurant because it was 10 of us The ambience is everything and the service was even better. They have several Asian inspired food options and array of appetizers to choose from and then several signature dishes that were yummy! The lychee martini the sidecar and the lemon drop with some of our favorites. The Customer Service was impeccable I would go back just for that. We met the Manager and he sent over around his shots Which was a great way to welcome us to the new restaurant.

The service was excellent. They have a very nice wine, cocktail, and mocktail list. I had the purple rain, light and bubbly. My friend enjoyed her gingery King's Ransom. The menu is Chinese and Asian fusion, and a short list of sushi. Chinese is always meant to be shared. We had the miso truffle salmon and each of the steam buns to start. I thought the salmon was very good, I do not normally like capers, but liked the way they prepared them. The katsu was probably the best of the buns, nicely crispy. The tofu was good a well, with a nice kick, the young one in our group found it too spicy. I would not order the short rib again, it was fine, but I've had much better short rib. We then had the chicken satay, roti canai, and the miso cod. The chicken satay had good flavor, and paired well with the peanut sauce and pickles. I did find it a bit too fatty. The miso cod was perfectly cooked, and the flavor was just right. Note that it is a very small portion. The best dish was the roti, a yellow curry with chicken and veggies with two flaky peice of roti. So good. The star of the meal though was the mango sticky rice, with sorbet and small bits of mochi. This is one of the best versions I've ever had. Do not miss this dessert! The issue I had with our visit is we, a group of three, were seated by the door, which was also near the kitchen door. The seating felt cramped, and every few minutes one of the doors was slamming, which made it a less pleasant experience. There were also several other tables open that we could have been seated at instead.

I'll begin, as all honest assessments should, with the disappointment so that what follows may be…read moreconsidered with clear eyes and an unclouded palate. I ordered the Shandong braised chicken, a dish presented with its protein resting atop a glossy sauce and a generous scattering... ten or more pieces of accompanying dough. In theory, this bread should serve as both sponge and companion, absorbing the depth of the braise and rounding the dish into comfort. In practice, it was profoundly compromised. The dough was unmistakably moldy, visibly, undeniably so. This alone is alarming in any dining establishment; it signals a breakdown not just in execution, but in fundamental kitchen vigilance. More troubling than the oversight itself was the response. When the issue was brought to the attention of the waiter, the reaction suggested familiarity rather than concern as though such an occurrence fell within the realm of the expected. There was no urgency, no visible embarrassment, no effort to meaningfully rectify the moment. The tone felt faintly dismissive. The effect on the room was immediate: the couple seated ahead of us, having witnessed the exchange, opted against ordering an entrée at all. That, in itself, speaks volumes. There were, however, redeeming elements. The spicy beef was well-prepared, delivering heat with balance rather than bravado. The diced potatoes were excellent, crisp at the edges, tender within, and seasoned with confidence. These dishes hinted at a kitchen capable of competence, even finesse, when fundamentals align. The atmosphere added an unexpected layer. Spa music drifted through the dining room an odd choice for a meal that aims to be bold and hearty, creating a tonal dissonance that never quite resolved. Service hovered in the realm of "acceptable," buoyed largely by polite refrains of "yes sir" and "no ma'am," though these formalities felt more like compensation for a lack of true attentiveness than genuine hospitality. I would not go so far as to discourage anyone from dining here. There is promise, and there are flashes of real quality. But I would offer this advice plainly and without drama: inspect your food carefully. Mold has no place on the plate, and until that reality is treated with the seriousness it demands, the experience remains compromised no matter how good the potatoes may be.

The bartender and service were also great, so no complaints there. The problem was the main reason you come to a place like this: the noodles. My lo mein came out cold, completely lacking flavor, and the texture was mushy. Even when it came back hot, it still tasted like nothing, which is disappointing when noodles are supposed to be the star. On top of that, paying $16.99 for basic garlic vegetables feels unreasonable, especially when the food quality didn't match the price. Overall, service was solid, a couple dishes were good, but the food that should define the restaurant fell flat. With the price point being what it is, I'm not sure I'd rush back.
