Enjoyed dinner at Nan Thai in Buckhead. Located in the same complex as the St. Regis and Chops, the restaurant is to the right of the ovation building. They have a patio that was rented out for an event(note to self for future use) and more formal dining inside. We enjoyed the calamari, lobster soup, and chicken potstickers. Yum! They validated valet parking but not the parking lot.

Came here with my husband a couple weeks ago. This is the old Chai Yo location - restaurant looks the same but menu is slightly different. Elegant atmosphere. I ordered the duck at the recommendation of the server, and it was perfection. I loved combining the duck meat with the fresh cucumber and rice - made for a super tasty and flavorful combination of different textures that I still think about weeks later. I'll definitely go back. My husband ordered a deconstructed green curry with sautéed veggies on the side and a papaya salad. He was very happy with the portions and the flavors. We also had the panna cotta dessert. Everything was fantastic - highly recommend!

Came here for Mother's Day and was impressed by the food! I think this place is still relatively new so it was a bit on the emptier side. The service was great though and everything came out pretty quickly. It was decorated pretty nicely and the vibes were great. There's also parking and valet in the deck nearby

The service was a bit slow, the restaurant was not very busy, but the food came out after 45 minutes, our martinis and drinks came out after about 30 minutes. The staff were polite and the server was friendly, just wish we got our food sooner. The ambiance is nice, interior is very clean and pretty, and you can get parking validated. The food however was pretty good, the lobster soup was my favorite, and the laarb was good too. The papaya salad was kinda mid. I recommend the beef cheeks and the lobster soup!

Randomly decided to stop here for a quick bite to eat (and a cocktail or two) and I'm glad I did! The ambiance pulled me in right away. Even though it was still light outside, I loved the dark and intimate mood. And I felt that from the bar, where I sat during my visit. The staff was very friendly and helpful with recommendations and attentive service. And the food and drinks were flavorful and a treat for the senses.

Sigh. I was so excited to try this place. It just didn't live up to the expectation. To be fair, I started with the Phuket All cocktail, which was all the hype. It was phenominal. After that, we slowly went downhill food wise. Nothing was bad, just underwhelming. Steamed shrimp and chicken dumplings were good, not great, but good. Lobster coconut soup, same thing. We have had better and were expecting more from a recipe that won on Beat Bobby Flay. Main dishes were disappointing. My pad Thai I just didn't like and my boyfriend's sea bass dish was a little bland. Our waitress was super nice and attentive and even gave me a free slice of cake for my birthday, which I appreciated a lot. Overall, the experience and ambiance of the restaurant was nice, food was just a little lackluster for the buck.

Nice ambiance, with the flavors to match. So here are my honest ratings of the dishes that I enjoyed. Octopus salad 10/10, flavorful! Tom Kha Lobster Soup 6/10, soup tasted more like mushroom soup but lobster very tender. Chilean Sea Bass 10/10, perfectly cooked and sauce was lovely. Pad Thai 5/10, not great but not bad. noodles were not well separated or tender enough and too much egg. Lamb chops 9/10. great taste and sides to complement.

We had dinings for the dinner for 6 people and the food and water were served after 30 mins we got there. The price of the cocktails weren't on the menu, and its price was different than I expected. I would have been satisfied if we got the table as other customers were staying and the service they provided was quick enough to enjoy our time there.

Delicious food, great service. The Toong Tong is a highlight. Will definitely be going back.

Came by with a reservation for 6 on NYE around 9PM. Make sure you call because their online reservation system doesn't take large parties for some reason. We got the basil rolls to share. It said 6 pieces but it really meant 6 PIECES of one basil roll, rather than 6 basil rolls LOL. Tasted fine but it's pretty much just one (1) cut up Vietnamese spring roll for $10. The Chilean Seabass however was pretty good. The filet was very juicy and tender on a bed of fried rice. It's paired with bok choy and some of this fried stuff (not sure what it was but was crispy and tasty!) all with black pepper sauce. Pretty good service, as well.

I loved this place. I enjoyed the cocktail with basil and coconut milk? The Panama curry with Wagyu was excellent and is worth a trip back. I also enjoyed the sea bass entree - fish was cooked perfectly. I even liked the thai tea crème brûlée! You won't have a bad meal here.

Great ambiance for a relaxing dinner in a serene upscale restaurant. The food is flavorful and well prepared. The service is great, too. I've been here for a romantic dinner date and "let's catch up" dinner with a girlfriend and the ambiance was perfect for both. Great spot! Would highly recommend.

To start, they brought me a freshly baked loaf of GF bread and my own plate of salted butter when everyone else was eating bread. THEN I received a special marked up menu with the options that would be safe for me to eat. Had the scallops and they were divine. Also had a side of strawberries with creme and wowwwww. I could've eaten 5 of those bowls My husband got the mezzaluna which the staff described as little raviolis in Parmesan broth and he loved it. Everything 10/10, spectacular, no notes

I have never been to a higher end French Restaurant that only offered three white wines by the glass. Pushing bottles perhaps? The only white that even sounded half way decent was a boring Chardonnay at $17 for a 4-5 ounce pour. Insanity. The room we were seated in was fine, drapery everywhere which I'm sure was used to create a cozy intimate atmosphere - but the result missed the mark. Our server was gracious and attentive to start, but then became a bit absent once more guests arrived. My husband started with the much touted onion soup. No French chef would incorporate such a mass of cheese and salt to this classic preparation. There was nothing epic or outstanding about it. (even after our server said something like "the NY Times said it was the best in the country.") Yeah, right. For the mains I went with the duck confit accompanied by potatoes sarladasies. The spuds, if correctly prepared, are supposed to be garlicky and crisp after being pan fried in duck or goose fat. Mine were limp and bland. I have no idea what was in their sauce verte - as it added nothing flavor wise, and sadly just soaked the potatoes. The duck was OK. Again, nothing memorable. My husband ordered the $34 burger after hearing the $70 plus price tag for the Dover Sole Meunière. Lunacy. I mean the beef patty was tasty, but nothing better than an old fashioned cook-out one grilled in your own backyard. The frites were just weird. We have been to France on several occasions and never encountered such a preparation. Would we ever go back? Nope.
