I kept putting off seeing an orthodontist, and after this experience, I truly wish I hadn't. My free consultation was better than I could have imagined. From the initial phone intake to the stunning, luxurious office, every single staff member was friendly, caring, and genuinely invested in making me feel comfortable. The entire experience felt thoughtful and personalized, and I walked away feeling fully informed about my care and next steps. Jessica handled my intake and X-rays and made the entire process completely stress-free. She took the time to get to know me as an individual, asked thoughtful questions about my concerns and hopes, and was clearly knowledgeable and capable. Viviana, the practice manager, is truly an angel on earth. She radiates warmth and kindness and clearly loves what she does--it shows in every interaction. I had absolutely no reservations or fear because of her care and reassurance. And Dr. Mina... I don't even have the words. She was honest, compassionate, and incredibly thorough. I never once felt pressured into an expensive or unnecessary treatment. We reviewed my X-rays together, she answered every question, and we came up with a plan that was conservative, affordable, and effective. They also referred me to an oral surgeon to evaluate the scar tissue on my lip to determine whether it would resolve on its own or needed to be addressed. That level of care and foresight truly meant so much to me. I walked in terrified and resigned to the idea that I might need braces. Instead, after discussing my options, I ordered retainers. Viviana did my scans and talked me through everything so I felt completely at ease. They even put in a rush order so I wouldn't have to be uncomfortable any longer than necessary. I am beyond grateful for this team and will absolutely be a lifelong patient. If you're considering orthodontic care--don't go anywhere else. Just go to Kumra Orthodontics.

Dr. Devasia's work was amazing, rebuilding and placing veneers on my teeth. She really knows what she's doing. She and her team use state of the art equipment and the latest dental techniques. Since then I've had cleanings and routine care. I can honestly say I've not experienced a moment of pain in Dr. Devasia's office. Alas, she no longer takes insurance, but her staff is very willing to communicate with insurance providers for their patients when issues arise.

She is a dental angel. Super friendly, knowledgable, and assuring. She goes out of her way to make sure you feel comfortable....including putting wireless headphones on you so that you can watch any Netflix show you want during your cleaning since she has a TV above her chair. It always feels so....luxurious :) Her cleanings are gentle, thorough, and she is great at explaining x-rays, and following-up on things she has been keeping an eye on every 6 months. I even ran into her at the car dealership after I had only been to see her once, and she recognized me and remembered my name! She really seems to care and take interest in her patients. I always love that she professionally cleans my Invisalign retainer each time I go even though I didn't get Invisalign through them. She recently got a new hygienist who is also very friendly. I did get a couple of gum pokes when she cleaned my teeth but it wasn't as bad as previous hygienists in other dental offices. They are practicing strict COVID measures which I really appreciate. The process is to give them a call when you park and they will let you know when to come up. Masks are required, and they give you a clean set of gloves right before your cleaning.

I have been through braces (when I was little) and invisalign (as an adult), so taking care of my teeth is important. Dr. Han & Dr. Ahn's practice is fantastic. They make an effort to really care about their patients and are very transparent about both the services available and the pricing. Because they require you to pay out-of-pocket for each service, they are very transparent about costs and what is likely covered / not covered by insurance. Their staff will submit a claim to your insurance company (to be paid directly to you) - so your effort is minimal. Overall - they make the experience of going to the dentist / ortho as pleasant as possible, and unlike many medical providers - customer service and satisfaction really matter.

She found a way to use aligners instead of rubber bands to treat my cross bite--a more difficult approach to solve the problem. (I could not manage to work with the rubber bands.) This office has clearly gone downhill and feels like a completely different place compared to what you would expect from a professional dental practice. The level of care, professionalism, and basic patient respect was unacceptable. My son came in with a painful tooth, and instead of examining him, the staff immediately questioned us and brought in multiple people, including the office manager and the dentist, Jackie. The situation felt confrontational from the start. The dentist Jackie refused to even look at my son's tooth and pointed out the time (4:45 PM) as if that justified not providing care. At no point did she perform a proper examination, which is the bare minimum at any dental visit--especially when a child is in pain. She also gave incorrect information about which tooth was affected, identifying it as tooth #20. We later determined ourselves that the issue was actually between teeth #17 and #18. This lack of attention and accuracy is extremely concerning. When I asked for help and clarification, the response was defensive and dismissive. I requested my son's dental records and instead felt rushed out, as if we were being escorted out rather than helped. The entire atmosphere was tense and uncomfortable, with multiple staff members surrounding us instead of focusing on patient care. For a pediatric dental setting, this is completely unacceptable. There is only one pediatric dentist at this office, and based on our experience, I would not trust them with my child's care. If your child is in pain and needs proper attention, do not come here. Go somewhere else where your child will actually be examined and treated with care and respect.

From the moment we arrived, we were met with a cold and unwelcoming attitude from the receptionist. She immediately demanded our insurance information, even though we had sent it via email the day before. Despite her snippy attitude, she eventually found the email after reviewing her inbox but still insisted that we couldn't see the doctor without confirming the insurance details first. After waiting in the reception area for what felt like at least 30 minutes, we were finally brought in--only to be told that they were going to take panoramic x-rays right away. I declined, explaining that we were there for a consultation about braces, not for unnecessary x-rays. The staff member seemed visibly irritated and sent us back to the waiting room. After waiting an additional 20 minutes, another staff member took us out of the office into the hallway and once again pushed for the x-rays, even though I had already declined. At that point, I'd had enough. The fact that they took us outside the office to discuss this made me feel like we were being kicked out, and we left. This practice seems more focused on unnecessary procedures than patient care or communication. I would not recommend TBraces Orthodontics based on our experience.
