Going to the dentist always gives me anxiety! I have had bad experiences with my gums being poked and pricked during my cleaning until I found Dr. DeVasia a couple of years ago! She is a dental angel. Super friendly, knowledgable, and assuring. She goes out of her way to make sure you feel comfortable....including putting wireless headphones on you so that you can watch any Netflix show you want during your cleaning since she has a TV above her chair. It always feels so....luxurious :) Her cleanings are gentle, thorough, and she is great at explaining x-rays, and following-up on things she has been keeping an eye on every 6 months. I even ran into her at the car dealership after I had only been to see her once, and she recognized me and remembered my name! She really seems to care and take interest in her patients. I always love that she professionally cleans my Invisalign retainer each time I go even though I didn't get Invisalign through them. She recently got a new hygienist who is also very friendly. I did get a couple of gum pokes when she cleaned my teeth but it wasn't as bad as previous hygienists in other dental offices. They are practicing strict COVID measures which I really appreciate. The process is to give them a call when you park and they will let you know when to come up. Masks are required, and they give you a clean set of gloves right before your cleaning. read more

I came to Dr. Devasia needing significant restoration on about ten teeth that had been chemically damaged. This was a big undertaking. Dr. Devasia's work was amazing, rebuilding and placing veneers on my teeth. She really knows what she's doing. She and her team use state of the art equipment and the latest dental techniques. Since then I've had cleanings and routine care. I can honestly say I've not experienced a moment of pain in Dr. Devasia's office. Alas, she no longer takes insurance, but her staff is very willing to communicate with insurance providers for their patients when issues arise. read more

My wife and I, and son Justin have all had braces with Dr. Lebaue. He did a great job fixing our smiles and it was always a pleasure to work with Dr. Lebaue and Ivanka. My son and I had invisalign. My wife had the regular braces. My other son will need them soon and we plan on taking him to Dr. Lebaue also. He is competitively priced. Once again, I am very happy to have worked with Dr. LeBeau and his Team. I am a veteran, and for over a year they fought with the VA to be approved to serve veterans on my behalf. But even while the battle dragged on they did not turn me away, but instead took care of my immediate needs without waiting to be approved. Because of my TMJ condition - which causes migraines, impact my sleep, can make it hard to even eat, etc. - if I had been turned away until the approval arrived I would have suffered considerably more over the last year as I could not afford to obtain care on my own. This office does everything it can to make things painless and easy for its patients. On very little notice they squeezed me in to see Dr. LeBeau following a root canal by an Endodontist - just to make it easier for me. I ended up having to have a cap, not a filling as thought. Such an amazing experience I felt compelled to write a review. I am probably a hypochondriac and had not been to a dentist in 7 years mainly due to poor experiences in the past. Well Dr. Devasia has changed all that for me and I'll be sure to be visiting the her every 6 months going forward. As you can probably imagine, not seeing a dentist for 7 years had me extremely nervous when it came time for the appointment as I was expecting the worst. I finally manned up and booked my appointment with urging (probably more like nagging) from my wife and it was very easy to schedule an appointment with Dr. Devasia. One huge advantage was she had Saturday appointments available which makes it less of a burden since I wouldn't have to take time off of work. When I walked in the office she was very prepared and I filled out all the new patient forms on a laptop they have in the office. It's 2016 and I don't understand why other doctor's/dentist's offices haven't caught on and still require patients to fill out forms in through the archaic pen and paper method. I was done all the required forms within minutes and Dr. Devasia was immediately ready for me that I never got a chance to even sit down in the waiting room. Even though it was a Saturday, I appreciated that her promptness showed a respect for my time as it did not feel as if it were taken for granted. As soon as you sit in the chair for your appointment, first thing you notice is the chair is a massaging chair! That definitely helped ease a lot of my nervousness. As I said, I hadn't been to the dentist in 7 years and when I mentioned that to her, I was expecting the typical dentist scolding or judgment but there was not an ounce of judgment from her. That was very reassuring. The appointment started with x-rays and scans of my mouth and she took the time after to show me what she was looking at and looking for. She explained how we would see cavities or bone loss in the x-rays and she allowed me to watch as she carefully examined each tooth and crevice for issues. Of course none of the above matters if the dentist isn't a skilled with the cleaning as that is what every patient is usually nervous about since it is the most uncomfortable part of the appointment. She really took her time as she meticulously cleaned every tooth. I'm sure she could tell I was nervous as I was jumping at the slightest poke, which is when she pulled the ultimate game changer and put up Netflix on the TV that comes down from the ceiling!!!! I mean watching Netflix while getting your teeth cleaned...BRILLIANT! Who said you can't use the dentist to catch up on your favorite show?! That really helped calm me down and pass the time. After the cleaning she gave me tips on how to improve my oral health and scheduled my next appointment 6 months from now for which I've already received an email confirmation for. Just an outstanding experience and I recommend her to everyone, but especially those like me who are nervous wrecks when it comes to dentists! She will challenge your notions of what a dentist is and ought to be! read more

I have been seeing Dr. LeBeau and his team since I moved to the DC area in 1994, and have recommended him to all my family and friends whenever they have needed a dentist. From preventive care, to teeth whitening, to fillings, to Invisalign, to repairing fractured teeth, to replacing caps and crowns - he has done it all for us and done it exceedingly well. He is the best dentist I've ever known - and that's saying a lot since my mother is a dental hygienist and my early career was is in dental health insurance. Dr Devasia is phenomenal! I had a bad experience with my previous dentist who would diagnose a Root Canal for sinus induced tooth ache. I looked up dentists in Mclean , came across this practice and scheduled my appointment to be evaluated for tooth ache. The first thing that I noticed was that this is a genuine, patient care/service oriented practice. They didn't do my XRays for the sake of doing those. Dr Devasia took some pictures then performed a thorough evaluation of the pain areas then took pictures and showed me the healthy roots but small cavities that needed to be filled. I was suffering from toothache for over a month and was scared that an unnecessary root canal would be prescribed. I was so impressed by Sr Devasia's sense of care. She filled my cavity and kept me updated on her next move, what I could expect next. I can clearly see that she is skilled and has great hands. But above all she is extremely ethical and it's hard to find such dentists/dental practices these days. I am so glad I found her. read more
