I was completely blown away by the visit with Dr. Mensah yesterday. I took my 5 yr old granddaughter to the Springfield location, she needed to have caps placed on two molars. My granddaughter was very scared (bad prior dental experience). Dr. Mensah explained every step to her in a way she could understand (i.e. sugar bugs are not good for your teeth, we are going to put them to sleep, then washing them away and covering up the tooth so they can't come back). Dr. Mensah's patience, empathy and singing (she made up songs about the sugar bugs) was amazing and got through the whole procedure in a very efficient manner. My granddaughter was Hi-Fiving with her by the time we were done. My granddaughter wants to go back to the dentist again. I am very grateful to Dr. Mensah for completely changing my granddaughter's feelings about going to the dentist, she can't wait to go back now. Thank you! I would recommend to anyone who has children with dental anxieties. read more

I went to multiple dentists to see if I can get Invisalign without extracting my teeth. Most dentists said no, but one dentist suggested that Dr. Ghatri is the only one who can do Invisalign by not extracting teeth. When I went to Let's Smile for the 1st time, I saw Dr. Ghatri and he said treatment can definitely happen without extraction so I started my treatment. The staff is very friendly in-person but not when you call to make/change an appointment. There are few things that I'm unhappy about... 1. New Dentists Every Time - I have been to Let's Smile for my treatment probably 6-7 times and I have seen Dr. Ghatri just once. Most of the times there is a different dentist. Even though I had put an alert to be seen only by Dr. Ghatri, I have seen a different dentist every time. It would have been helpful if I was told that earlier. Now, I don't even know if my treatment is going well or not since there is a different dentist and all of them have their opinions. 2. Closed on Weekends - Most practices are open on weekends especially in the suburbs. Few months back, I moved to New York so now I have to take off from work every few weeks on a weekday and come to Virginia just to pick up the trays. It would have been nice if they were only at least open one Saturday in a month or had partnerships with other Invisalign providers in different states. I mean if you can afford to run two practices why not stay open on at least one Saturday a month. 3. Treatment Progression - I hardly doubt that my treatment is going well because it has been months and I haven't seen much improvement or maybe no dentist has told me that it looks better than what it was before Invisalign FYI...after invisalign treatment is over, you have to continue to wear one pair of plastic retainers forever at night time. This is something that was not explained at the start that if you replace them after a year or they they are lost, the cost is over $350 which I think its ridiculously. They should subsidize a pair for $150 year. read more

I've only had my daughter here getting braces but I'm currently in the waiting room next to where there is a saleswoman giving whitening information to staff and discussing prices. She's used foul language, to include "shit" and " hell", talked about how customers in northern VA can be charged so much more than people in other demographics, and upon speaking to Maegan Abugidieri and Melissa, employees of Let's Smile, they weren't paying attention enough to hear it or see the unprofessional tone or inappropriateness of any of this. Maegan said she "tuned out because she'd already gotten all of the information she needed". I'm appalled that trainings or meetings such as this are taking place out in the open and my 13 year old can hear it. Meanwhile those attending the meeting don't seem to see a problem with the inappropriateness of the whole situation. Dr. Ghatri- with a beautiful new office for a bustling practice, I would hope that your employees and vendors would be held to a higher standard. Today's visit has left a bad taste in my mouth. If meetings are deemed important enough, a designated space for such a meeting shouldn't be in the waiting room. Customers should NEVER be within earshot of such a situation as today. And your employees who didn't hear the unprofessional language? Perhaps there are other situations where they "tune out"- as in guideline training regarding how to conduct meetings. read more

Today is 4/1/23 and I took my daughter who is on a spectrum and they are excellent. The staff is great, very nice and attentive. The dentist was patient and took his time with my daughter. Gentle, caring and calm which is always a plus. He was not rough. Overall great place! Very clean as well! read more

I'm not sure where all the negative reviews came from but my experience was awesome with YESBRACES or Lets Smile. Lol whichever they want to be called. I came to Dr. Ghatri with what other dental offices said was a "complex case". I had Invisalign for over 2 years (mostly due to deployment) but it just wouldn't fix my bite on the sides. I went to multiple offices and they wouldn't take me, Dr. Ghatri looked at me and gave me his recommendation. 18 months, clear self-ligating braces is what we decided. 18 months later and I have the smile I paid for!! Dr. Ghatris staff was awesome especially ANNA. I asked to be paired with her for every appointment. I don't understand how people say they don't respect customers time as you are in control of your appointment. I made it work around my schedule. I'm grateful and it was worth every penny. Thank you again guys! Cant wait for my retainer check. read more

I was able to speak with an account manager who was extremely friendly and helpful. She was able to fully help me with my issues and was very fair. My previous experience was with one individual in billing and appears to be a one time anomaly and not representative of the practice. Overall, I have to say they they have great service and I would recommend them to friends and family. read more

Found practice from an online ad via instagram, ad was gimmick. I took off work to come to this office for $95 a month braces. The gimmick is to get that offer you have to apply for a credit card. If not you can pay $590 upfront and almost $220 a month for 2 years. Please read fine print read more

These people disrespect clients' schedules and the they lie. My husband left his work today and my daughter took an excuse from school to go get her cleaning done and the doctor was not there. They haven't even called to cancel. This is irrespectful. After my husband and daughter left the clinic they called me and lied in a voice message claiming that they left me another voice message earlier to cancel. Which never happened. She called me to cover her back after she knew her mistake. All what I have received and my husband as well was reminders to confirm the appointment read more

I heard about Dr.Ghatri through a good friend of mine when I was in my late 30's and the first time I met Dr,Ghatri for consultation I knew I will be in good hands, very professional and knowledgeable. My case was very challenging!! my whole life I wanted a prefect smile and Dr, Ghatri made it possible:) he's a perfectionist and his assistant Anna was wonderful ,well trained and very professional as well. They were always on time and I never had to wait long for my app :) I have been to Fairfax, Springfield and Reston office the entire staff were very friendly and helpful. I was done 2days ago,yes no more braces!!!! Big thank you to Dr,ghatri and Anna bc of you guys I will be smiling all the time. read more

I heard about Dr. Ghatri through a coworker when she finished Invisalign in what seemed to be a year or less! I had braces in high school and didn't keep up with retainer wear so here, 10 or so years later, I find myself back in treatment. I've been in Invisalign for about 6 months and there's been incredible progress so far!! I love the staff and the complimentary coffee bar for my early morning appointments. Since I've become a patient, my nephew has also become a Lets Smile patient on the pediatric side! My sister has raved about the Pediatric dentist and all the fun incentives they have going to get kids excited about their teeth. All in all, round 2 in braces has been a breeze. If you're ready to put the work in for your perfect smile, Dr. Ghatri and his team will get you there! read more

Dr. Ghatri has been my ortho for a little over a year now. He knows exactly what he's talking about and my teeth are coming along great! I can't wait for the final final result in a couple of months. I would highly recommend this office. I mean, I relocated to NYC and I still travel back for my appointments. Oh, and the front desk staff are EXTREMELY professional, attentive and nice. I'll update this when I'm done with my treatment. read more

Always on time, never have to wait for my appointment. Staff is super nice and make the visit as painless as possible.

Excellent customer service from beginning to end. It truly exceeded my expectations. I was seeing a dentist in Dumfries, who did a terrible job with my Invisalign treatment. I transferred into this office and Moss, at front desk, helped me fill out paperwork and assisted me in the best way possible, always with a smile. Kaitlyn, hygienist, removed resin residue I still had attached on my teeth from the old dentist office in Dumfries, and made me feel so relieved. She was gentle and so kind. Marcelo did my x-rays and scanned my mouth for Invisalign treatment; he was really nice and helpful. Doctor Manny was truly amazing. He listened to my concerns and provided detailed explanations to all of my questions. Doctor Manny carefully described how my treatment will be and made me feel I am in great hands. Jackie, treatment coordinator, went above and beyond to make sure I had a positive experience, explained my insurance benefits, and offered me a great treatment plan. They are very professional, providing outstanding and attentive care. Clean space, friendly environment. Highly recommended. read more

Dr. Ghatri is exceedingly good at what he does. He is a perfectionist but he does beautiful work and is a pleasure to deal with. His staff is also very professional, flexible and accommodating. We have had a terrific experience with them over the past four years. I highly recommend him/his office. read more

I did a lot of research and went to many consultations before choosing an orthodontist as this was a decision that was very important to me. Dr. Ghatri made me feel comfortable and confident in my treatment starting on day one. All of the staff is very friendly and welcoming. I am the type that asks way too many questions an they are always ready to answer every single one workout hesitation. Alysia is my favorite assistant. I always make sure I schedule my appointments with her. She always makes my experience in the patient chair a positive one. I would recommend Lets Smile Dental to any and every person that asked. read more

They'll overcharge you beyond the contracted rate they have with insurance companies. Your only choices are to sue them in small claims court for the overcharge difference or just don't do business with them in the beginning. Better to pick the latter. read more

My two kids have been in treatment for the last two years and we are coming near the end! (Wooooo!) We normally go to the Springfield location but have also been seen in fairfax for last minute emergencies. The staff has always been accomodating with scheduling the girls around their school schedule and squeezing us in last minute. Looking forward to closing this chapter of regular ortho visits but I couldnt be happier with my decision to choose Dr. Ghatri and his team. Clean facility, friendly and helpful staff, personal doctors who actually thoroughly explain every procedure and visit! Braces will be off within the month! Thank you Lets Smile! read more

Awful, shady Dr. Ghatri. Would not recommend anyone to see them. Less than helpful staff, does not work with patients schedules. Often unprepared. read more

My 15-year-old son and I both were patients at Yes Braces over the last two years. We were always treated professionally and now that our orthodontic care is complete, are very pleased with the end results. As an almost-50-year-old, the care I received when going through Invisalign was encouraging and careful. It was not an easy decision to go through these procedures as an adult. Due to a developing underbite, I wore Invisalign, had two veneers replace my incisors and went through slight tooth stripping. All this took place over 18 months and could have been an overwhelming and intimidating experience. Dr. Ghatri and his entire staff were always helpful, concerned, professional, and accommodating. My son and I were able to get concurrent appointments and the front desk personnel, Elizabeth especially, made each visit easy and punctual. Elizabeth was always patient and courteous when I would call with questions and I appreciated her time and efforts. For every routine orthodontic check-in, Dr. Ghatri would greet my son and myself warmly. He was able to advise us on the best treatment protocol with everything laid out at our very first visit. We did not find any hidden costs or treatments that extended our time for my son's braces and my Invisalign. It was a good experience for both of us and I have recommended Yes Braces to both family and friends. read more

We have been patients (my daughter) with Dr. Ghatri for over three years. I cannot comment on the lack of professionalism from any doctor, nurse, or staff member because I simply never witnessed it! In fact, Dr. Ghatri continued to provide treatment to my daughter beyond the initially set timeline because he felt (and I shared that opinion with him) it was a medically necessary decision. Clearly, if they were driven by money alone, they would have said: "too bad, this is what we get, let's try to fix that in the next round of treatment." Furthermore, his office coordinator was able to work with me until we reached the complete agreement on the payment plan! They made concessions to make it easier on us and our family's financial decisions. As for scheduling: come on time and you will be seen and your kid will get extra points! Kids get excited about that part, trust me. The nurses are always positive, compliment my daughter on a good oral hygiene, and truly make us feel as part of a team. I fundamentally disagree with the negative posts by yelp users. read more

The customer service in the Springfield office needs serious improvement. It is a nightmare to schedule or reschedule an appointment. The receptionist does not understand the fact that you are a customer. She disagreed with you and does not want help. The orthodontic care is great. read more
