5 stars is not enough so I'm giving them 10 STARS. Kenosha's topnotch gentlemen Chris, Derrick & Dio who work here could very easily be considered synchronized swimmers. They think alike, work alike and handle inquiries all in sync. I find this amazing. Not only price points but also the quality of flooring offered here is far superior to that of "you know what I'm talking about so therefor I'm avoiding store names". I used their installer and absolutely was blown away by the outcome. Just be prepared for bottom line add ons, but in the end you'll still be way ahead of the game for savings. Individuals who give low ratings probably complained in their cribs. Unfortunately for the rest of the world, we have to live with them. read more

We ordered flooring pre-pandemic and obviously couldn't get it installed in March, April or May. The store manager, Chris, was very understanding & the flooring remained in storage at their facility. Once we were able to schedule an installation, the delivery guy brought all boxes into our home on a ridiculously hot day without a complaint. I was able to return unopened supplies without a problem. Every sales person we spoke with was courteous & helpful. Most importantly the quality of the wood flooring is great. We are very pleased and would highly recommend this store. Thanks to you all! read more

I PAID for the in-home estimate for installation through LL after looking through their products and determining the offerings were pretty good. After the guy showed up and did the estimate, I got a call a day later from Chris at the store....which is where the high-pressure sales tactics started. I had to argue with him to release the estimate to me (which, again, I paid for) as he said that's "not how they do it" and I had to come in to the store first to talk with someone. I tried to compromise and said I'd talk through other specs on the phone if that was needed but he said No it takes so much more time on the phone and its needed to do in person. Eventually after I continued to protest, he said he'd just email the estimate - without any further questions needed, which of course makes me wonder what the hell he was talking about earlier when he said so much more information was necessary to finish it. Was such a poor experience that I've decided not to proceed any further. read more

These guys are great! Super helpful and friendly, and I have done a lot of research to find a good price on laminate wood flooring, and I wasn't able to beat Lumber Liquidators price. Also, if you are considering having a flooring project done, I would recommend that you stop in every now and again and see what woods they have at a special price. That helped save us a lot. read more

I just ordered our new bamboo flooring from this store and I have never been more pleased with the customer service here. Everyone from the start of my order was so helpful and went above and beyond to get me my floor in time for my installers. I asked to have it delivered within 2 days of coming in to the store and they went out of their way to get it done! Also, Chris W. the store Manager has wonderful customer service! A few boxes of my flooring had packaging that was a little messy but the flooring was perfect inside. Chris went ahead and sent a floor kit to me as well as notified me of this so that I wasn't taken off guard. I might add I ordered from this store 3 years ago when I did my whole upstairs and was so happy with the floor this is my 2nd time ordering again. I would wholeheartedly recommend this Kenosha store. They always were very kind and straight forward and I never had an issue with the process. I purchased $1800 in flooring from your Kenosha, WI location a few weeks ago. When I picked up the flooring we got 3 boxes that were taped up, ok no problem. I called and explained to them that they gave me 3 boxes that were taped up and already used boards the next day. They said ok that's fine just bring them in and we will exchange one. I came in today to return 2 of the boxes and the assistant manager threw a hissy fit about me wanting to return them. He told me that they don't sell taped up boxes to anyone. Ok so where did I get these taped up boxes from that had staples already in them and we're cut in half already? I asked to talk to a manager .. he didn't care. He said we don't sell anything like that I can't return it. In the end he went in the back to talk to someone and came back huffing and puffing and returned my 2 boxes. This is horrible customer service on your end. I couldnt wait to write a review about the shit you sell. Some of our boxes looked like they were black such as mold and very warped. If you have a chance.. shop elsewhere! They don't give a shit about customer service or the crap they give to you. read more

Installers made several mistakes, from leaving gaps between the wood and the wall, forgetting to do the entire stairway, nails sticking out of the wood, and not including necessary materials in estimates. I was actually okay with that at first, since all of it was fixable, but then the installer started to ignore my phone calls to set up repair dates. On several occasions, it took weeks to get a response, and in once instance, several MONTHS. On one call, he told me he thought the floor might be defective, and that he'd get back to me about it. He never did, until I finally contacted customer service. All of a sudden, I was being told I'm out of warranty. Maybe if it didn't take them months to answer a phone call, I'd have still been covered. Customer service got him to come back to take a look at the floor. He said it was an easy fix, and that he'd send me an estimate. Once again, radio silence for a few weeks. Contacted customer service again, and they said he felt the floor didn't need repairs. Meanwhile, my floorboards are still coming apart. I've never had such crap service/installation. Take a few extra minutes of your day and look up a different flooring provider and installation service. read more
