They made time out of their busy day to come by, and did the job in under half an hour. It would of taken us the entire day, if we could even do it at all (the thing was stupid heavy.) I learned a lot just watching them work. We transplanted at the worst possible time while the shrub had started flowering, and we knew there was a high probability it wouldn't survive the transplant. However it's been three weeks and the shrub is blooming and alive, and we think this is largely due to how cleanly they cut the roots and how quickly and securely they got it back into the ground. Fast, friendly service and great people. We'll be back for more landscaping services in the near and far future. Thank you Adrian!

I can only assume all of these poor customers are all dissatisfied with the service provided by Rubino. I made the mistake of signing with them twice (last season and this one) and our lawn has never looked worse. I reached out to their office several times and never receive a response without sending 2/3 follow ups. The final time I emailed about how crappy the lawn look he NEVER replied to me. Finally my husband emails Joe (the owner) and we get a reply-nice eh. Says he'll come out and take a look and see what can be done. Needless to say we NEVER heard back and our lawn still looks terrible. No follow up email with suggestions or anything. Just so disappointed we wasted our money so I'm trying to save someone else from doing the same. They are not responsive, clearly a bit sexist and overall just a bad product and given how my lawn looks I'm not sure they really know what they're doing.
