I had my floors installed at the end of November and could not be happier! I looked at stores all over the suburbs and Tony had the lowest prices and highest quality of anywhere. They beat other prices by 50%! The installation was done in a very timely manner and completed exactly as outlined by Tony. Their work on the trim and details was tremendous. I know another reviewer mentioned them not painting the trim. That is never included in any installation price at any store. That would always be an extra charge and done by painters, not typical wood installers. I know there are two bad reviews that Yelp continues to leave up, ands these almost caused me not to work with Tony. He is the nicest man and follows through on everything he promised. The work was done completely on time and with perfection. I could not be happier with my floors and would recommend them to anyone!

Mike addressed my concerns. He brought fabric samples to my home so I could view them in my lighting. I opted for rechargeable, battery-operated, remote-controlled, light-blocking, cellular shades in the most beautiful grey fabric. The fabric and color complement my farmhouse kitchen very well. I hang and display a lot of "things" in the windows and Mike made sure that would still be possible after installation of new shades. They were installed within two weeks after ordering. Great product. Competitively priced. Wonderful customer service. Completely satisfied. I will be a repeat customer. Wendy K. East Troy
