My daughter spent Thousands of dollars to have floors installed just over 1 year ago...as of last month they noticed the flooring is coming up in multiple places..they reached out to Empire who sent a service tech to their house...the tech told them...the flooring was not installed correctly and that is why its coming up...this tech also said, Empire will never fix this for free they will come up with some excuse...fast forward a few weeks and thats exactly what happened...they called her to say...we are sorry it will be 5k plus to fix this. Empire should be ashamed of themselves. Please never use them for your flooring. I would leave them a negative 10 stars but it makes you choose at least 1 star.

This place can be described as a very expensive upscale flea market. It also reminds me of Anthropologie's home products. If anything, it may be a little bit more pricey than Anthropologie though. Since it is an independent shop, things here are so special and there is something special about purchasing things that you have to go in-store for and cannot be purchased or viewed online. I loved the selection of textiles, the dishes, the apothecary items, and the unique trinkets. While I know that I could certainly not afford to outfit my house with things in here, there were plenty of things that would make thoughtful and unique gifts for friends, or occasional splurges for yourself (there were a few blankets that I LOVED). The product itself is great, and they have so many options based on your type of project. We've used them for carpet, hardwood, and LVP needs. Most recently, we had our basement refinished, and Joe was wonderful and easy to work with, per usual. Since that install, the carpet has held up so well. And thats saying a lot seeing as we have a bunch of kiddos down most days! However, during recent floods in the area, part of our carpet was effected. Fortunately, my husband and I were able to pull it up and air it all out - but that of course left it no longer secure. Let me tell ya, Carpet Mill Outlet is so reliable. I called Joe and he sent someone out within a day or two to restretch and reinstall the whole side of the room that was affected. We were so, so appreciative! Our installer was a gentleman named Oscar. He was extremely professional. went the extra mile and took the time to fix sqeaks in the floors and stairs.
