They are the absolute best- I highly recommend! I've been gradually updating my house, so I've worked with them on a few projects, and it's been nothing but top notch service and results. My basement flooded and they were quick to order and flexible on installing. Friendly, knowledgeable, and professional from start to finish. read more

We just had about 600 feet of luxury vinyl plank installed by this company. Everything from the purchase till the time the installers left our home went extremely well and we couldn't be more pleased. Shane was great during the sale and Jim and his crew did an amazing job. We had 2 other quotes for exactly the same job and Carpets Plus Outlet was also the best value. We are already working on a second project with Shane. Give these guys a try. You won't be disappointed! read more

Had a great experience from beginning to end. I was quoted a price and that was exactly what I was charged. No up charge for this and that. The salesperson was very knowledgeable on everything, they measured everything and quoted in no time. The floor was installed in less time than expected and they even cleaned up after themselves. Was totally satisfied and will go back when I need my other rooms done! read more

Carpets Plus Outlet - Love the floor. - Carpeting Near Me - Kenosha, Wisconsin

Wow! We were so nervous about remodeling our home and waited on flooring for 3 years because we wanted to save and make sure we got exactly what we wanted! We met with Matt and he cane to our home and did some measurements and gave us some ideas. I explained to him what I wanted but didn't know how to accomplish that look. When we picked out trim color the ladies at the depot were so knowledgeable as well, they know everything there is to know and were so helpful! They have such a huge selection it was kind of overwhelming but they helped soooo much. He has incredible taste and really so much knowledge! We picked flooring with multi color/dimensions that work great flowing from room to room! The day of installation, I felt so great that Joe came and laid the flooring so perfectly! He is very mariculture and has gone above and beyond our expectations! Plus, he's super kind and our 5 children didn't bother him at all The price we got from Matt beat every company around, including Empire Flooring. I'm thrilled with the outcome!! Our home is brand new now!! Thanks again Matt and Joe for your amazing work! read more

I had a repeat wonderful experience with Carpets Plus Outlet today. They installed in February 2017 and again today. Your company and staff are wonderful to deal with. The quality of the carpet was so terrific that I asked for the same carpet and was very fortunate that you had enough to do my bedroom. You have my loyalty, recommendation, and business! read more

WOW! What else can I say; we were FLOORED! What a great experience and awesome end result. I could not have imagined that our floors would turn out the way they did. We own a tri-level home and Carpets Plus installed luxury vinyl plank on our entire first floor which includes, stairs (up and down), our family room, kitchen and the upper hallway to the bedrooms and installed new baseboards. The team at Carpets Plus: Matt, Joe (installer) and the team at the store, went well above and beyond our expectations. They were very professional, friendly, and FLOORED us with how great it was to work with them. I have and will recommend Carpets Plus to everyone I know and will NEVER go anywhere else for my flooring needs. THANK YOU so much for making this a truly great experience and making our home look PHENOMENAL! read more

I purchased carpeting from Carpets Plus Outlet 16-years ago and it has served me very well, due in part to the professional installation. 8-years later I purchased carpeting for another room and it too has held up very well. When a section on my stairs was damaged by a cat I contacted Penny and she was able to track down a small section of the exact carpet which was a huge help. Most recently, Penny and Neil helped me pick out new floor coverings based on specific needs. They did not try to encourage me to purchase a more expensive product than I needed. Both even mentioned options at a competing store in the event what they offered was a better fit. A local company who supports our community, employs people within it, offers an expansive product selection, fair pricing and provides superb customer visit translates into a lifelong customer in me. read more

I had purchased carpet and had it installed... by another seller. I had some serious questions that I wanted to understand better, but did NOT want to call the place I made my carpet purchase from. What I got was an extremely friendly and pleasant response to all my questions! The carpet cleaner we used, on my presently poor quality carpet, said that Carpets Plus was the BEST place to go to for carpet purchase and help. I'd like to say here on Yelp! a huge THANK YOU Carpets Plus Outlet for giving me you free advice as well as assuring me that YOU'RE the place where I'll go for my next carpet/flooring needs. read more

Great experience from start to finish. We took samples home 3 different times. Installers did a great job.

Thank you thank you thank you to Carpets Plus! We went in on a Sunday afternoon needed our stairs carpeted. We were so far behind on getting our house ready for our housewarming party that was less than a week away. But the staff at Carpets Plus took great care of us! We had carpet that wednesday. Brian, our installer, was very professional and did a wonderful job. Thanks again guys! read more

They were great! They did our whole house. They gave us a quote, explained where all the cost us coming from, they measured each room, and showed/asked us where the seams will be. They also retiled the fireplace. They did the tearout one day and the install the next. They did the fireplace before the carpet as not to risk ruining the carpet. We would use them again in a heart beat. read more

We were overall happy with Carpet's Plus Outlet for our carpet, hardwood floors and kitchen/bath tile. The hardwood floors and carpet turned out amazing and no issues whatsoever. However, the tile became an issue and ended up being a very unpleasant situation. The installer stated that he had never installed this type of tile before and should have raised a red flag. Being an experienced installer, we didn't think it would be much of an issue. First, the cement board around the tub was installed incorrectly and had to be cut down. This is after the walls had been sprayed and painted. When questioned about what was going on, the installer replied that he didn't like the way he was being talked to. It was just us as a customer asking questions which I thought we could. Second, after the bath tile was completed, we found numerous pieces that were installed incorrectly. Matt and Heather resolved the problem and were very professional and stated that we were the customer and would do whatever needed to make us happy. Thanks to Matt and Heather. Once the pieces where identified to be taken out, the installer then used profanity to disclose his displeasure. I would hope CPO has other tile installers. The only other issue was not being notified when the tile installer would be returning or not showing up to complete the job when we were told they would be there on a particular day. Based on the tile issue alone, we give Carpet's Plus Outlet a 3 stars but could have been 5. read more
