Sherrell and Jennifer W. went BEYOND our expectations with customer service! Manager Sherrell blow our expectations by updating our mattress (to be better one!) and gave us free delivery. If you want be taken care of, the right way and the FIRST time, request Jennifer W. or manager Sherrell. You'll thank me!

We took the rug outside onto the patio and attempted to clean it with our carpet cleaner. The stain did not come out. In fact none of the dirty areas cleaned up. It is CLEAR the Goof Proof was not applied. Guardian Protection is the company that handles Goof Proof claims. They denied my first claim saying I did not submit it within the 30 days as stated in the policy. I submitted the claim THREE DAYS after the incident. I resubmitted a claim, well within the 30 day requirement, and they STILL DENIED it. SCAM SCAM SCAM. They gladly take your money and don't stand behind their product. When you pull up the original order, I can leave a review on the sofa and ottoman but not the rug. I wonder why. The $500 rug looks like crap. I contacted Bob's customer support and they wouldn't do anything. Just said they understand my frustration. I will not buy another item from Bob's.

This Ross has barely anything compared to most of the Ross stores on the eastern shore. All of the jewelry even the two and three dollars items are locked behind a case which is understandable. It the fact that they do not have an employee at the case... So in order to look at $3.00 piece of jewelry you have to go locate someone and to me searching for an employee of a junk piece of jewelry isn't worth it. It's a nice store to kill time in.

So I called the 800 customer service number, automated message SAYS they close at 6 PM Eastern time, but I called at 3:30 PM Eastern time and they were closed!!!! I can do that with other cards but not TJ Maxx!!! Everything on that message was a bold face lie! I gave them zero stars!!! Unfortunately they did not have it and needed to be ordered. The sales man offered me a dresser that looked nothing like what a wanted and it was $100 more. He also seemed like he wanted to get me out of the store as soon as possible. Reluctantly I ordered the dresser which was going to take 3-6 weeks. I put down a deposit, but was able to find it somewhere else with sooner availability. I called Furniture and More for a refund on my deposit only to be told I could only have a store credit. I had no choice at this point but to wait for the furniture and pay for the rest of the product. I received a phone call later that week stating I could have my dresser delivered sooner than planned. The delivery was scheduled for that Saturday. On Saturday the wrong dresser was brought to my home. Needless to say $400 I was not happy. I called the store and they told me this is what I ordered. This is not what I ordered. This is what the salesman tried to sell to me and I did not want. I was told I would be issued a refund which is not even pending into my account. I called and the women who supposedly issued the refund was condescending and very rude. She asked if I have ever been issued a refund and I said she. She said "I don't doubt it". I will NEVER use the this store. You get what you pay for and that's poor customer service. Unfortunately the rudest person in the store is the district manager. Sorry my purchase wasn't substantial enough to warrant a better outcome.
