I have used L J Refrigeration for almost 20 Years because of one incident when they were very kind. My air conditioner went out in the summer. They came and looked at it and knew that I needed to replace my unit as it was 19 years old . They installed a motor and made it work and said they would leave it here until I decided who I would have install a new unit. I asked what they were going to do with their motor and they said if you don't use us, we will come back and get our motor after your new one is installed and working. I thought that it was a very kind gesture and I said I'm not going to use anyone else and to please get me a new unit. They did and I have had it for over 12 years and I use their service yearly for check ups. AC wasn't working and they (Jace) was able to come out same day. Parts needed to be ordered but they put in temporary ones until new ones come in. Very responsive. Only charge for service call. Parts are covered by warranty so only labor will be charged. read more

Had an appointment to fix the air handler that was in the attic that was buzzing and not making the blower fan go on. Jason came during the time scheduled and troubleshot the unit and got me back up and running the same day. It ended up needing a new motor (I was hoping it was only needing a new capacitor) but he explained everything to me in detail that was going on and it made complete sense. I appreciate him explaining everything to me and he didn't dumb it down. He is a very Knowledgable tech and I feel confident in what he did for me was necessary to get it working. Of course one's A/C goes out when the weather starts getting hot. Called my go-to realtor for a suggestion and he recommended LJ Refrigeration. I called before their office opened and left a message figuring it would be a long shot that anyone would call me back. However, I received a call from their very pleasant scheduler and she said she would work me into their busy schedule but it more than likely would be later in the afternoon that anyone could get to me. And then she said she would completely understand if I found someone that could come earlier. Who says that! Won me over right there. Jason arrived around 5:15 and went to work diagnosing what the problem was. Didn't take him long even though he had to crawl into the attic to see what was going on. Found the issue which presented another issue. Didn't have the part as it comes in different sizes. Problem solved when his partner said he had the part at the shop. Jason then drove to pick up the part and returned to replace the failed part as he knew we were roasting!! The second nice, less money but could not get the job done for weeks. LJ- Jennifer was fantastic. She understood, got the part I needed, scheduled the work to be done in less than one week. A/C went out yesterday and got their number from the realtor who sold the home. Called at 5am and got the answering service. Spoke with them and they said that they would have someone call around 8am when the office opened. Received a call at 8:06 and let them know the issue and that the house temperature had gone up to 94°. They said they were booked for the day but they'd try to get someone out around noon if possible. Received a call from Jason at 11:40 that he would be at the house in 10 minutes. Found the problem right away, explained and showed what the issue was and got the A/C back working within 30 minutes.
