No attempt was made to fix my AC. I provided information about what might be wrong and requested that there be a refrigerant leak test since we had put a die pack in six weeks earlier. None was done, I was just told I needed a new unit and would be provided a quote. Had an appointment to fix the air handler that was in the attic that was buzzing and not making the blower fan go on. Jason came during the time scheduled and troubleshot the unit and got me back up and running the same day. It ended up needing a new motor (I was hoping it was only needing a new capacitor) but he explained everything to me in detail that was going on and it made complete sense. I appreciate him explaining everything to me and he didn't dumb it down. He is a very Knowledgable tech and I feel confident in what he did for me was necessary to get it working. A/C went out yesterday and got their number from the realtor who sold the home. Called at 5am and got the answering service. Spoke with them and they said that they would have someone call around 8am when the office opened. Received a call at 8:06 and let them know the issue and that the house temperature had gone up to 94°. They said they were booked for the day but they'd try to get someone out around noon if possible. Received a call from Jason at 11:40 that he would be at the house in 10 minutes. Found the problem right away, explained and showed what the issue was and got the A/C back working within 30 minutes. I recently had our A/C units serviced by LJ Refigeration. The service technician let me know when he was on the way, and did the work quickly and efficiently. That part was excellent. I had been quoted a price from the company through yelp. When finished, he gave me the bill. It was more than 3 times what I was quoted up front. This was due to the Freon he has to use. I paid the bill even though I wasn't happy. Mostly because I was not informed up front that it would be extra for things like that. Or that it could be that much more. I don't know what Freon costs, but it seemed pretty excessive. Again, I have no problem with the work or the technician. But a customer should be informed up front about any additional costs and what they might be. If I had been, it wouldn't have been that much of a shock. read more

This company amazed us twice already with perfect customer service. We got a mailer for a March special to inspect the units. Jason the technician showed me everything I needed to know about the units and was very fair and I completely trusted his recommendations. Today about a month later one of the units suddenly stopped cooling. We called and they explained they were very busy but would try to squeeze us in.
