I've been working specifically with Amanda for about a month now and always look forward to my appointments with her. She's extremely knowledgeable, helpful and so easy to talk to. Their gym is clean, quiet and has everything you could want in one place (even that weighted thing you push around on the fake grass if that's your jam). Tow orthopedic surgeons had told me they could do nothing for me. However, I still had the pain. My family doctor suggested maybe it was time for physical therapy. Boy, was she right. Now, I can sleep all night and do most things that I want to during the day. Since most of this took place during the pandemic quarantine, Many weeks these folks were the only ones I saw other than my husband. When I was moved closer to her for another treatment, I asked her to leave because her coughing was spreading germs all over the place. She made a sarcastic remark. They're always able to accommodate me with rescheduling and today I had to make an appointment for a Walk-in for my daughter. This location was highly rated for sports physical therapy and urgent care needs. My daughter is an athlete and often she experiences sprains when competing. Today's walk-in appointment was excellent. We met with Jake & Anna. They saw us right away and helped us with choosing an affordable & supportive ankle brace. Thanks to the team. My doctorwants to do knee surgery but I wanted to see if I could either delay the surgery or get in the best shape for a more positive outcome. I started working with Albert Chen at the recommendation of a friend and he has been outstanding. My range of motion has improved, amstarting to get some strength and the constant pain has dimenished, particularly as long as I keep up my exercises. Now I am in 1x/2 weeks to keep my motivated to do the work on my own and have him massage my knee and do range of motion stetches. I have seen many physical therapists over the years and he has been one of the best for me.

I thought I would never do it more than…read moreonce ( I don't like being cold) but... after having loads of " out of nowhere energy" until midnight and....I slept like a baby solid and almost missed my 630am Bootcamp class I still had a different kind of energy this morning and had my second session. I'm flying out of town for 5 days I didn't want to wait til next week. I think it might be helping reduce sore muscles, I just can't tell yet ( sore since last weekend workouts;) I read some research in Cryotherapy last night...it's said to likely burn up to 800 calories after one 3 min session due to the blood vessels rushing from the protected core to all the areas once you're out.
