    Wow and wow. As you walk in, greeted by very nice person and suggest stopping by the bar for your favorite drink while shopping. I love the idea and who to refuse. Went straight, shortest distance possible since this store is so huge. I ordered my reds for $2 and also coke (free). Noticed lot of drink items are either complimentary or only $2. Also food items equally priced. Wine is served in real glass! We started with the ride up to the second floor with the centrally located escalator. Restroom! Very clean and huge too. Checked out the very nice reclining leather couch. Forgot to take pics but appears to be up high quality leather. So many options everywhere! They also have outdoor area at both 1st and second floor. I m here for the furniture shopping but views were amazing! I got my eyes on you! Its not IKEA, its not American Furniture, its not Scandinavian Design. Unique on its own and definitely NICE, clean and modern design.

    Decided to come here after we saw it was finally open. It is such a nice building with a great selection. The highlight was the café pricing. Everything is about $2 and (yes that includes wine and beer!) We fell in love with so many couches. The coolest thing was seeing that you could build/design your own sectional. The staff were pretty friendly, but no one came up to us until 5 mins before we were planning to leave. Overall, this place is pretty fun to walk around and try out. We are still in the market to find a couch and this might be the place :)

    Review for shopping experience only. Their bar/snack situation is the highlight. I mean $2 beers while you shop? Yes please. Ultimately we ended up buying from American furniture because the prices and selection were a bit limiting but we did find a nice dining room table we may have to come back and snatch up. Note - they do not stock everything is delivered from California which kinda sucks.

While I am happy with the product, I was extremely dissatisfied with the customer service I recieved here, which was shocking, due to the positive reviews I had read beforehand. I ordered the mattress and was told it would make it here in three days and that they would call me to set up a delivery time. No one called, I had to call THEM to set it up. Delivery day comes around and I've waited around all day, it's 30m before the delivery window closes, so I give Sean (the owner) a call. He calls me back telling me he has no idea where my mattress is or when it will arrive, in other words, it's been "lost"? Why wouldn't I have heard about this earlier? So, I'm still calm at this point, although irritated because I've been the one having to hound about the mattress and...now it's lost. It takes over a week for our mattress to get to the store...10 days actually. I've been sleeping on a blow up mattress this entire time. AGAIN, I have to keep calling Sean to figure out what is going on with the location of the mattress. He finally offers to bring me a queen mattress version of the mattress I had ordered, because I was about to cancel my order. Then, one of his guys tries to get me to sign a document stating that I am recieving the KING I ordered...not happening. So my mattress arrives (apparently) and I only find out because I have, once again, had to reach out to him. He wants to deliver it at his convenience, without much warning, "how about in 30 minutes?" How about no. This whole time the only information I recieved about my mattress and its whereabouts were by having to find out on my own. The whole time the owner was so non chalant about the whole thing, had no sense of urgency, was unapologetic, and to make things even worse, he offered to refund my delivery fee...and then BIG surprise, I had to REMIND him. When you own a business the most important aspect of your job is providing customer service. This was absolutely horrendous. Take your money some place else, it's not worth the risk.

We stopped in on a Saturday morning after brunch to "window shop".... everyone knows there is no "window shopping" after brunch! I was not looking forward to this shopping experience having recently visited other mattress stores where they treated us terribly and then begged us to put even a dollar down to reserve the sale price on something we didn't even like! Just inside the door, we met Jim. He took us from mattress to mattress explaining how the technology works and all the features and benefits. As soon as he hit my sleep number (55) I was SO ready for a nap... keep in mind we had just come from brunch but I'm pretty sure that was not the only reason for my level of comfort! After just a short time and 3 beds later, we had fallen in love with the perfect one, P5! From there, super simple transaction! Jim set us up for delivery just 6 days after purchase. I could go on for days about how amazing our sleep has been lately and how absolutely wonderful our sales person Jim Mince was but I think you should experience that all for yourself! Ask for Jim when you go in! Delivery... I received emails on updates the entire time and was curious in the final email where they said setup up may take up to 2 hours. I mean, I was prepared to make the drivers lunch after their efforts. The morning of delivery they called 45 minute prior to arrival saying they were arriving in 45 minutes and they followed all of my entrance instructions to access our condo. Set up took 20 minutes from the second I met them at the truck to the second they loaded our old mattress to haul away. They took time to inform use how the SMARTBED (in all caps because I can't believe we now have a SMARTBED) syncs to our phones and Fitbits. They were so pleasant and even took the time to say hello to our pets. Today Jim called to see how we are sleeping... I mean who does that?! Only a business that truly values your satisfaction and a sales person that really cares about what he does! Thank you Sleep Number! I am sleeping like I have never slept before!

    If you want a tempur pedic, DO NOT buy from the store and go to denver mattress or ANYWHERE else…read morethat sells them. We finally got our tempur pedic bed and let me tell you. We would not purchase through them again. After taking apart our old bed/base in preparation for our delivery, the bed was not delivered on the date and time it was scheduled for. We weren't able to reach the delivery company and physically going into the store was a waste of time as they said "it shows in our system the bed is out for delivery." Fast forward a week later we had another scheduled time. Got a call that the warehouse did not even have our bed so we had to reschedule again. For two weeks my pregnant ass was sleeping on our mattress on the floor. Not pleasant. When the bed finally gets delivered, the delivery company does not ask how high we want our base. It's put at the highest height which reaches my belly button. Also difficult getting into a bed that's too high when you're 8 months pregnant. One side of our split adjustable base does not even work. Eventually it works when I plug it directly into the wall instead of an adaptor. However, we were told the split bases would be synchronized with each other since we do not have a split mattress, just split base for the purpose of getting a split mattress down the road. They are not synchronized. The delivery company stated they would contact tempur pedic in regards to our issues and they would call us. We still haven't received a call. Now we get to somehow manage to lower the base height with a big pregnant lady attempting to help her husband. The store employee warned us their new delivery service was causing a lot of issues. We've gotten apology after apology via email because no one can seem to call us to make it right. Nothing has been done to make this hassle worth it. Give us some free pillows or a dang discount.

When attempting to return them with the receipt. The owner rudely stated returns were not allow. When it was pointed out that there is no store policy stating no returns, he called the police and said we were trespassing. Calling the cops was totally uncalled for simply because we wanted to make a return. Please do not patronize this store. Spend your money elsewhere. Thank You.

If you want to buy something electronic that they don't have in stock…read morethey just go to their "warehouse" which means they go to Best Buy and buy it then mark it up 20%. I had a pre-approval for $2800 through Snap Finance. They give you a credit line from Discover that you can only use at certain stores which is why I went here in the first place. I walk in and start dealing with Troy and things were going great. Then the owner walks over and start asking what I am trying to purchase. We tell him it's a MacBook Pro. He asks how I'm paying and then he asks how much I was approved for. I told him that that was none of his business and that he could just tell me the price of the laptop and I would pay it. The particular MacBook I was getting retails at Best Buy for $1800. This guy asks how I was paying again and I tell him that I didn't want to tell him how much I was approved for because then he would try and mark it up more or try and sell me more stuff. I finally tell him that I'm approved for $2800. This dude looks me in the face and says, "If you want this laptop I need to get $3600. I said, "What are you talking about? It's a $1800 laptop." He starts saying, "yeah but I can't lose money on the deal and that it cost him $1000/day just to open the doors". Here is the best part. He says, "The lowest I can do is $2800". Interesting. The exact amount I told him I was approved for. I went off at this point. I said, "How the hell do you think you can mark something up 100%. ($1800 laptop and he wants to charge $3600) Troy the employee says, "He's not getting financing through us he has an approval and it's just a Discover card we can run like any other credit card." Then the owner start giving me a sob story about how hard it is to stay in business and that he's essentially losing money. I know they markup the devices by about 20% because I've purchased 3 laptops from them. So I was willing to pay about $2160 for the laptop. Finally the owner agreed to $2199. And since it was only a few buck more than I was expecting I agreed. I payed for the laptop and got my receipt and then asked him if he could go get the laptop at the "warehouse". He refused to go get it until I gave him a 5 star review on google and here. The reason they have so many 5 star ratings is that he either holds your device hostage until you give him a review or else he offers you some small trinket to leave the review. I've done business here three times and the other two were fine but stay away from the owner.
