I came here February 1, to get a sentimental tattoo for my sister on my hand, it was suppose to be 5 little hearts on my hand. Maybe it was my fault for not doing my research before going to get the tattoo, but who can mess it 5 tiny hearts? Right? I was VERY wrong. All of the hearts are different shapes and sizes. 1 of them got infected and peeled off. The other one doesn't even look like a heart. I honestly don't know where this guy got his license from. After a day, I saw the hearts were all different, I text the guy saying that they are all different, and he said it just has to heal and he has to "touch it up" I explain to him that I am upset, he didn't even give me instructions on how to take care of the tattoo and I don't trust him to "touch it up" knowing he already messed up the tattoo in the first place. He got upset and was very rude, told me to look up on the internet about the healing of my tattoo. $130 for 5 tiny tattoos that he couldn't even do. I got in contact with the owner and tried to talk to him to see what we can do but all he wanted me to do was go to the shop... still don't know why I needed to go to the shop. I went the next day. Wasn't there. I'm going next week to get this lasered off. HORRIBLEEEEE EXPERIENCE. DONT COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT MESSED UP TATTOOS. pictures of fresh tattoo, healing, and done healing. Me and my 3 girls decided to randomly come on a Saturday to do something spontaneous. 2 of my friends had already been here and had good things to say so we thought this would be the best place for us. This place is decorated very nice, there's so much going on and so many things to look at. They look very clean which was super important to me. I got my cartilage pierced which I was super nervous for because I'm pretty sensitive when it comes to needles, but it went by super smooth! He did it very quickly and I only felt the initial pain of the needle going through and it was all over. There was no blood or anything, thank god! One of my friends wanted to get her cartilage pierced also, but they only had 2 earrings left that were meant for the piercings we wanted so only 2 of us could get piercings. I thought this was pretty irresponsible, but they said their delivery just didn't come so there wasn't much we could do. Overall, everyone treated us really good. Sometimes these places can be intimidating, but I didn't feel that way at all. They even brought Cuban coffee to pass around. But I wouldn't recommend drinking coffee before in case you get jittery. It's now been 2 weeks since my piercing and it's healing very well. I have occasional pain, but that's normal. Cartilage piercings usually take a long time to heal and mine is doing great so far. I'd definitely come back here for future piercings and if you're interested in tattoos. read more

I've gotten almost all of my tattoos here. I love everyone there, all the artists are very talented and super nice.

I do not recommend this place to anyone due to their poor costumer service and unprofessionalism when dealing with paying customers for an expected service...terrible experience!! El pero servicio al cliente que te puedas encontrar, el tatuador que me toco se puso a diseñar algo que no le pedí y después me hecha la culpa del tiempo invertido en una porqueria que el cree que es una novedad...el de la puerta cada 5 minutos pidiendo el dinero del tatuaje que todavía no está diseñado y el tatuador presionando pa' hacerte lo q le da la gana...en fin, termine haciéndome algo q realmente no quería, bajo presión y de malas ganas porq no es el estilo del el mal llamado artista. They are all about social media hype and not about customer service AT ALL. My brother and I walked in to take advantage of their promos ( $5 piercings $20 simple tats $50 palm size). I called them ahead of time to make sure they allow walk-ins at anytime and i also had some questions about their promos. There was loud music in the back..way too obnoxious and the guy on the phone must have had his mond elsewhere cause everytime i attempted to ask a question he was trying to let me go. So we arrive, and again, the music was way too loud and the dude behind the reception desk seemed too preoccupied with something else rather than interact with us on what we were there for. Once i got the details of their promo- which isnt all that great, i decided to get a small piece behind my ear..which in all technicalities would have been worth $20- $30 and not the $50 i paid for because it was smaller than a palm size- and its just a chemical compound..nothing too complicated. As my bro and I sat there and waited to be seen by an artist i noticed that these guys that work there or control their social media are just hype-men. Obnoxious and consistently attached to the hip with their phones and go pro- being loud and in everyones faces. Sure, i signed a waiver allowing them to do so if im in the shots, but at one point i felt uncomfortable. Once the tattoo artist was finally ready to see me- so monotone and had a terrible "i just want to get this over with" attitude. Unaccomodating! Ive had plenty of pieces done and all the artists were friendly and at least gave me their name and introduced themselves. This guy was the complete opposite. Again, theyre more worried about their social media hype than their clientele. I asked for a rubberband or hair tie for my hair since the tat was going behind my ear and he couldnt even give me that...and worst of all- he didnt use a razor for the hair back there. Youre suppose to razor shave the area regardless of the if it has obvious signs of body hair. My last complaint about this guy is that when he showed me the preview and placement of the compound i noticed one of the lines were slightly crooked so i asked him if he could redo it to ensure a straighter line and he ignored me and said he'd do it straight right when tattooing me. NOPE! still came out crooked. Thanks guy, for caring. Didnt even seem grateful when i handed him a 10 for the tip he didnt deserve. All in all, this place and their employees need to put down their phones and worry less about posting 40 pictures an hour on their IG and snapchat and focus more on their clientele and customer service skills, if they expect it to grow and people to come back. read more

I went once and got a beautiful tattoo for the $20 simple tattoo offer, I go today excited since I recommended it to some friends with the same special that they posted that day, we go in and for a tattoo the same size as mine black and white they wanted to charge triple the amount I got charged.. Then I go to do my piercing and they're special was $10 and they wanted to charge me more.. They said yes all piercings except septum's were 20.. I tell him I wanted the industrial single piercing and he was like no, it's gonna be more.. They wanted to up-charge everything today and were not honoring their specials.. Not recommending it to anyone again so I don't look bad with them.. read more

I got my tattoo a year ago here I got a small phrase got overcharged for it and they hit me with the "you want price or quality" so I paid for it and I took good care of it and it wasn't exposed to sun since is on my chest. However, the year passed and the tattoo is faded I got a different tattoo at another place and also had the phrase I did at this place retouched. I learned prince doesn't always equals quality. read more
