I went to this store after a friend recommended. The piercer was rude and didn't even introduce herself, nor did I have to sign any consent form and they just believed that the woman I brought with me was my mother (17 years old at the time). She started by marking a BIG dot on my nose using Sharpie (not sterilized). She didn't even place the tube under my nose so the piecing needle can go through correctly, she used a crumbled up PAPER TOWEL. She pierced, and there was some hesitation but it went through. The jewelry took 2-3 whole minutes just to get in, and she kept tugging on my nose. Eventually, after much pain for me and struggling on her part, it went in. She dismisses us without giving after care and I notice the hook is poking out from the bottom of my nostril. I thought she simply had to turn the jewelry up, and I walked back in. Turns out she pierced it DIAGONALLY and it never came through the bottom on my nose, just halfway INTO MY NOSE. If i wouldn't have gone back in, she would have let me walked out with a job VERY POORLY done. She insists on re-piercing through the same hole, and didn't even put on gloves the SECOND TIME. At this point I'm about to have a panic attack because I feared of infection/keloid. It finally goes in, but my main fear is a large scar. It wouldn't stop bleeding and she had to put ointment because of how much blood was gushing out. She then insists that my mom and sister who went in earlier to get piercings, forgot to pay and that she has to pay them. SHE WAS TRYING TO SCAM US AFTER MY MOM AND SISTER have their receipts and she still made me pay instead of offering a refund. Worse experience after I waited for so long. She then tried to blame it on me saying "I have a very thick cartilage". I don't know her name but she's a short woman with very short, curly blue hair with piercings on her forehead. (Just pointing out the most distinct features so people know who she is). Worst experience, I do not recommend at all. read more
