Hello, 316 surgical steel is a metal that is polished. Therefore, for the most part safe to use even if you have allergic reaction to metals.

I said I had her birth certificate and SS and asked him what kind of picture ID was acceptable for her since we didn't have one, but maybe he could guide me in the right direction. However, the gentleman that answered the phone was very disrespectful and impatient. He may have been with a client, but there was no need to scream at me and hang up the phone on me. I do not recommend this place based on customer service. He said he doesn't make the rules, which I understand, and calmly explained to him that all I needed was information. He acted like I was the one screaming and telling me the same thing over and over. He was not only unhelpful but very disrespectful to hang up the phone on me when I was calmly explaining all I needed was information. I have worked in customer service for over 20 years; if you can't answer a call, don't, or if you have to call back, ask for that. But answering just to scream and hang up the phone on a potential client shows a lack of integrity and professionalism. Don't even bother calling.

I paid $176 for 2 terribly done and low quality piercings. Do not recommend. mejuri, Gogana and any other spots are much much cleaner, more professional staff and proper. Do not go here.
