Some things to note though: 1. Their minimum is $100 or $105, something like that. 2. If your tattoo starts to fade or needs fixing, they'll offer to retouch it before 3 months. You shouldn't have taken it off. this artist is completely in a professional, and I will no longer be given the shot my business.
