I went online with a live notary paid for the form to be notarized, set my appointment up only to be told they won't accept it because the notary was in Texas. When I told her I just paid for this service she stated, well I don't know why they're not accepting it. Standing there waiting, finally I said they're not accepting it?? She said No. Once again, went to a local piercing shop Iris the same company that we went to before and was able to get our piercing done! We will NOT be coming back to Studs, and to be honest at this point with this happening twice, obviously not meant to be.

What-in-the-entire-f*ck!!! This has to be a joke! That's what I thought when I left with my "henna" tattoo. Two of my girlfriends and I wanted henna tattoos, we looked up places in south beach and stumbled across Lucky tattoo. The owner, who greeted us and did the henna, was most definitely "on something" and he made me very anxious. The whole time I was in his presence he was unable to sit still and got up several times DURING the henna tattoo. Wtf. It took 10-15mins. We couldn't even have a normal conversation because his thought pattern was all over the place and he was unable to stay on subject. As I'm processing everything I look down to see a gooey gob of a mess on my hand. There is no way this is his interpretation of a henna tattoo. I guess I thought it was going to get better, well it didn't. Maybe 5 minutes into the tattoo he says "oops i messed up a bit, I'm just being honest"...... I meeeeean what do you say to *that* ? At this point the whole experience felt like some kinda of skit from a family guy episode He finished and I washed it off when I got back to the hotel. Finding something positive from my experience the henna itself lasted a week with only being on my skin for 30mins and the color was more of a black-ish-blue; which I liked. read more

After spending four days in the Caribbean on a cruise with my favorite band (311), I decided I wanted to get a tattoo before I left Miami. I am SO glad I found Lucky. I chose to go to this shop based on the good reviews I read online and I'm so happy I went. I had a lot of ideas when I went in, but I wanted the tattoo on my foot, which is a small area to work with. Lucky himself was my artist, and he was awesome! He came up with a design for me based on what I wanted. This was my first tattoo and he was very patient, considerate, and kind. The price was reasonable, the shop was very clean and comfortable, and the tattoo is absolutely beautiful - better than I even pictured it in my head. From the beginning !!!! I went in for semi permanent eye brow artistry, I made my appointment with the owner ( LUCKY ), he did an amazing job. Lucky also customized the color as i am a blond with pale skin!! ( not an easy job to get the perfect match but he did it!!!!! They start, arch and end perfectly, I have sent 3 people on referral. Everyone loves my brows they look soooo natural!!! Oh, did I forget, since then he also gave me my first tattoo written in Hebrew, it's absolutely beautiful and he did an amazing job with the lettering!! I was looking into getting another tattoo and felt inspired so headed to lucky tattoo and had the scariest experience. They have this fat macho acting guy standing outside their shop who I assume is suppose to bring in potential customers, but instead he tries to start fights with random strangers on the sidewalk walking past. Literally says some random comment about being on your phone when walking past him and then starts using profanity and yells at you to come do something about it. It's obvious he must be at the very least high and probably inebriated. Would never trust people who hire and work with someone like him to put a tattoo on my body. read more

I've been a client for the past 8 years at least. They have an excellent team that know what they're doing. I have no complaints on any of my tattoos. Lucky created an amazing cover-up tattoo for me of a 3D spider when I came to him for help!!!. He has touched up all of my previous tattoos! If I want a tattoo I only go to see him. All of the artists/team have great ideas and can give you input when deciding on your tattoos. I will always come back to them. This tattoo parlor is disgusting and unprofessional, aside from that they completely botched a tattoo of a man who walked in and was pretty upset. He had a gun in his waist but seemed very calm.Someone called the police and the Tactical unit arrived with rifles and walked through the door. Detained the gent and then they let him go because he did not commit a crime.Me and my friends where there to get stuff done but as soon as this happened we went across the street to Salvation Tattoo. Now that's a real tattoo parlor. This place doesn't even deserve one star. read more

When I approach the man who was working, I ask him a question politely and the man answered me in a rude way. This shop is full of scratchers!! If you dont know what that means, it is someone who learned how to tattoo in their moms basement and probably isnt licensed as an artist. I wasnt able to tell the difference between the employees and the homeless people outside. Do not go here if you care about your health and do not go here expecting quality work.
