Got my nose pierced there the African American/Haitian guy and he didn't explain anything to me. I had to ask the questions and he wasn't helpful. I traded out the L shape jewelry for another one because I didn't like it, and the one he put in wasn't L shaped and didn't have a stud on the back. I realized this once I slept and it was half way out. Went back to talk to another piercer there who wasn't helpful much and told me to basically deal with it. I wasn't told how to properly clean my piercing. Went to another piercer in my area that explained everything to me properly. Bottom Line: this place needs customer service and better explanations to people who are new to piercings. Even if it's 4am and they are the only ones open, avoid!! read more

Despite other people's experiences with this shop. I had a great one. My tattoo artist was very pleasant with a great sense of humor. He also conversed freely before we started the tattoo. The lines were great even after giving a bit of a blurry reference photo. I enjoyed the experience and he worked quickly. I called ahead and asked how much it would be to reopen my pierced ears (normal piercing) because the backs had closed up. I was told $20 and that included the earrings. I got there and was charged $40!!!!!! When I told him I had called and asked about the price before I came, he told me it was $20 per ear, but I had asked that exact question on the phone and was told $20 for both with the earrings. I really enjoyed myself yesterday at this place. I received a tattoo and my friend got three piercings. The artist/piercer Ed (Eduardo) made us feel comfortable and he was very patient. The other two guys were also very friendly and also made us feel at home (so to speak). The establishment is clean and the prices were reasonable. So not long after writing my previous review the owner or manager (not sure which one) reached out to me and offered their apologies for my bad experience. In addition, I was given a full refund for my tattoo. I wanted to go back and update my review because while the workmanship was poor, the customer service was excellent. They could've argued with me about my experience/the quality of their work or written me off completely given the fact that I'm from out of town and would likely not be traveling back to Miami from DC to settle a tattoo dispute. Instead however, they took the time out to track me down and provide a resolution to my unfortunate experience. So for that I commend them. My only suggestion is that they screen their tattoo artists better to avoid future situations such as these. read more

0 Stars if i could. I asked for a fine line tattoo and it came out so thick and bulky on my finger i'm currently in the process of laser removal which will cost me well over 1,000 dollars. It's that bad that I need to get it lasered off. They could of just told me they can't do fine line tattoos instead of lying telling me they could . I just wouldn't of gotten the tattoo. Now i'm stuck in this mess of paying a lot of money to get it removed. The tattoo is embarrassing. I hate complaining and saying things because i find it rude and annoying when people complain. I went with my sister to get her septum pierced here (or attempted too) she clarified with the guy to make sure he pierced her nose in the spot she wanted and he FUCKED UP, he pierced it 3 times and still couldn't get it right. When my sister said this isn't what he wanted the first thing he said was THERES NO REFUNDS and was a COMPLETE asshole about it and was completely UNPROFESSIONAL. He claimed he had so much experience but really had now clue what he was doing. We left with nothing not even our money back. Do not come here there plenty of better places in miami beach. This place is horrible. I've had 2 bad experiences here and so has my friend. The only reason I went back a second time is because they were the only place I could find open late. The tattoo "artist" spelled a word wrong so now i look illiterate and will have to spend more money getting it removed. His excuse was " well you don't have to tip me" after I had already payed for it, I was pissed!!! My friend got a paw print and it looked deformed so she had to get it covered as well. This place turned out to be so much better than i expected. Came here for a spring break tattoo since they were having a special deal and it was totally worth it. My friend had Toby has her artist and I had Johnny. He was super sweet and we had a good conversation. His line work and attention to detail was phenomenal. If I lived in Miami I'd come back. He basically gave me a tattoo worth upwards of $100 for $80. I wouldn't always expect that kind of deal but his work would definitely be worth a higher price if I had to pay it. read more

Where do I start... We were greeted by tattoo artist Johnny. He wasn't as talkative at first, but thank God we broke his wall! I forgot we were at a tattoo shop, I felt like we were hanging out with a long time friend! Very friendly, straight to the point, and his talent in tattooing is exceptional. Of course me being very picky, I asked him to change his placement a few times, and his patience is amazing. He's super down to earth and knows exactly what he is doing. On a side note, the tattoo was in Arabic and he let me play Arabic music in the shop while he was tattooing my girlfriend. The problem with Arabic, is it is very critical on how you write each letter, because any slight mess up can change the entire pronunciation of the word, and he aced it. AWFUL. Okay my friend and I got piercings here and everything seemed fine at first. I showed him a picture and I asked him "is this a conch piercing" which it was and he responded with "I don't know". So I should've seen that red flag but my friends I was with were like oh it's fine. So I got it done and it went fine. Then my friend went and got her septum done. The man pierced it 3 different times because he "kept messing up". My friend was literally sobbing since a septum is one of the most painful piercings and he kept messing up. We got these done about a month ago and we are both seeing issues now. I have a keloid because you can't put a hoop in a conch piercing right after it's pierced but the piercer did anyways. My friend with the septum also has a bump. We both clean ours religiously so I know it wasnt on us. Also I have gotten many piercings at different places and this hasn't happened. Overall the piercer was so uneducated on piercing and gave both of us issues. I should've done more research before coming here. read more

They can eat a dick... Seriously not only they charge me for an eye and a leg for the piercing they gave me a cheap earring. The ring fell out the next day when I went over there they wanted to charge me for the new ring full price. It's not my fault the ring that they gave me was cheap. Received a tattoo there from Lucky. He was very rude and ultimately did a horrible job on my tribal outline. If I had not stopped him to correct his placement of the sketches, the whole project would have been ruined. I ended up getting it filled in somewhere else and although they were able to fix some of it, remnants of the hack-job that Lucky performed on me can still be seen. It is depressing. He did a disservice to me and the tattoo community as a whole. read more
