My wife needed a few passport photos fast and an AI Bot pulled local places and this was rated the highest and noted for their speed. Set of photos very reasonable at time of service and great value with friendly and helpful service. We seen the gentleman again at USPS and he was extremely helpful making sure our document got to where they needed with specific services recommended. Thank you Jeff. Now I finally understand what was going on with my internet issue. I went there…read moretoday because I had an unexplained issue with the internet in my apartment. Story: The internet retailer who originally set it up was never clear with me and kept texting me to buy mobile services, saying my bill would increase if I didn't. My bill did increase later, but it turned out to be for a completely different reason. I called customer service multiple times but never got a clear answer, and they seemed annoyed because I couldn't explain the issue myself. Anyway, I really appreciate your help, even though it wasn't your service and you didn't get any benefit from helping me. You were patient, answered every question, and even handled calls from other customers at the same time. I hope there are more Spectrum retailers and staffs like Jeff. Highly recommend. Thank you again.

I disconnected this February after being their customer for OVER 14 YEARS and it still tried to charge me $129.99 after it had been cancelled. I bet you need to spend more than $130 just to hire the DEBT COLLECTION AGENCY to go after me! Then they reported to all my credit report agencies to DAMAGE my perfect score by 123 FREAKINGLY POINTS as if I own them $10,000, car payments, or some home mortgage!! What a JOKE! DO NOT SIGN UP SPECTRUM'S EXPENSIVE AND SLOW INTERNET CONNECTION IF YOU HAVE OTHER CHOICES or they will increase the rate non-stop and go after you BIG TIME if you don't pay! I was considering to keep their services and add a family cell phone plan. NOPE, that will never happen and I will keep telling the world how terrible you are.

I arrived at another business prior to coming to Live Scan Fingerprints only to find out it was closed 1.5 hours before official closing time. I found this business on Yelp and called to confirm if it would be possible for me to walk-in with 15 minutes until closing time. Catalina/Lourdes (I am not sure which name she prefers) answered the phone quickly, was kind, and said to stop by. Upon my arrival I found out she typically completes the last service at 6 pm but is open until 7 pm. She just finished working with someone and also said she had a meeting scheduled soon but would squeeze me in and didn't mind running late. I was very appreciative! She was thorough with getting clear scans of all my fingerprints, took her time to ensure all my information on the form was accurate, and was pleasant to speak to while I waited. She is so friendly and personable, we talked about her loving Vietnamese food and enjoying Oxtail Pho after she learned about my ethnicity. Overall, Ms. Meza is awesome! I highly recommend this business since she provides other services such as income tax filing as well.
