I felt confident that after a short conversation with multiple staff, the film choice was the right one. I left them with my new luxury SUV, which already had privacy glass that they had to tint over. After the service was done, it was completed on time with extra care. I believe two to three individuals worked on the car, and it was absolutely flawless. When I got inside, it was hard to imagine it was the same car. A corneal disease impacts my ability to drive with lots of rain on the ground or at night. These folks were great about getting me the right film that took care of the car. The one additional thing that I would add is that after the install, there was a small bubble on one of the windows. It wouldn't go away after a couple of days, and I was concerned. When I returned, they assured me that within a week, with the hot temperatures and parking in the sun, it would go away, but scheduled a replacement appointment under warranty at no cost regardless. Just days before the appointment, I was happy to call them back and say that it cured perfectly. I couldn't recommend these guys more. They're absolute experts at what they do. The price is absolutely phenomenal, and they certainly have experience working on extremely high-end cars. Strongly recommend.

They recently installed full PPF on our GR Corolla, and I'm still blown away by the attention to detail in the install. If you're looking for a reputable installer for PPF, ceramic, and tint, this shop is it! Not only do they do a phenomenal job on the install - their "post-install" support is the best I've experienced with any shop. The rental car is the icing on the cake and makes getting work done incredibly convenient.

After texting to share some photos they said they'd need a window technician to check it out. They showed up exactly when scheduled and texted to let me know when they were nearly here. It turned out to be an easy fix so they took care of it on the spot, free of charge. They even insisted on cleaning up the little plastic bits that came off the window during the repair (even though I told them I could take care of it). Fingers crossed that I won't need to repair or replace any other windows soon, but if I do I'd definitely go back to Seattle Glass and Window.

We used Cascade Windows for our high end home build in Camas,Wa. Not only did we have to go…read morethrough a six month series of fixes to our botched initial install (including botched measurements on the fixes), when they came out to deliver our Cascade Windows in their rented Penske truck they put two large (six feet long 3-4 inches deep) scars in our asphalt driveway when their truck took the turn coming out of the driveway too sharp and got hung up. We took pictures at the time, promptly notified Cascade and were referred to their insurance agent - Travelers. We then went through another six months of back and forth with Cascade and Travelers about the repair. When this first happened I was told they would "make it like new". In the end, Cascade and Travelers would only compensate us for a reseal of the asphalt rather than resurface. This difference was about $4k. The reseal covered the scars but they are still very evident and look very bad. Every time i go up my driveway I see these scars. Cascade and Travelers have washed their hands of the matter. We will never use Cascade windows again. I can only hope they will honor their warranty because they certainly did not honor their promise to "make it like new" on the repair of the driveway. A real bummer for our new build home.
