The worst service and communication. It's taken me weeks to get the custom door that was ordered and the owner Rob Divelbess has never apologized. Things happen and when they do you should reach out and provide information to the client on delays- provide updates to why the product is not delivering. Update: At the end of Oct 2018, we were getting ready for a siding job. I have a sliding glass door in my bedroom and it has the blinds incorporated in between the glass. The blinds stopped working. Long convoluted story short, I need the sliding glass door wind glass replaced. I called Olympic glass, and I again had a fabulous experience with them. Trying to "buy local" was not a good experience. We wanted a custom design in a door and assumed it would be fabricated there, but instead the job was sent to a CA firm, marked up, and then sold to us. We could have managed that ourselves. A second project, to replace a pane in a large double-glass window, was bid sky high. We ended up going with a much more reasonable bid from a Poulsbo firm. read more

I had 3 giant picture windows that were 40 years old and had "slipped" in the frames leaving small air holes above. Yikes! Upon recommendation of another craftsperson I called Olympic. A few days later two men were taking those the windows out - oh so carefully - and scraping and cleaning and resealing, etc. etc. They saved my GIANT windows. Amazing to watch! We needed a custom glass table top for our outdoor bar. Rob (Olympic Glass owner) was very responsive. He came to our house on the same day that we called, and showed up on time (seems like a rare trait these days!). Rob runs an ethical business- when we told him we were moving in a few weeks he gave us all the measurements he had taken and suggested that we wait to purchase the glass top until we arrive at our new destination in order to avoid breakage in transit. Many thanks to Olympic Glass! Our entire process began with Lynn's courteous assistance scheduling a measurement and estimate; Rob provided feedback and suggestions regarding our window pane which was damaged and cracked. Lynn promptly sent an estimate to us and we engaged Olympic Glass to replace the damaged pane. As soon as the replacement pane arrived, Lynn called us and we scheduled the repair, which took place today. Mitch and Dan arrived on the early side of the time I expected them (bonus points!) and are a terrific team. It should be noted that this project was delicate in that the pane is situated inside a beveled wood frame within our dining room -- an area visible to anyone in that area. We are very impressed with the careful, precise work that Mitch and Dan provided. They were very careful with the area as they extracted the broken pane and paid close attention with the same care when installing the new pane. You would never know this project took place today due to their excellent expertise! On top of it all, Mitch and Dan were great to work with -- friendly, professional, and we would certainly ask them to return for any future window pane projects. 5+ Stars all the way around! read more

I could not be more disappointed with Olympic Glass. We went to great expense to have a beautiful wood door custom made for our new home but the first time we saw sunlight coming through the side lights we noticed they had hazy streaks inside between the double panes. They eventually replaced these panes months later at our and our carpenter's expense, however these panes were also streaked inside! They sent out a rep from the manufacturer, Hartung Glas. He told our carpenter that at least one should be replaced (since it was worse than the other and was also scratched between the panes) but he told Jill at Olympic Glass that even though they were hazy that was acceptable according to their standard. Therefore Jill believed him and did not replace or refund the cost of the glass. We would like a refund at this point since it has been 7 months since the first incident and we do not trust Olympic Glass is capable of delivering non-defective glass. Windows are supposed to be clear. Period. read more
