We're native New Yorkers and weaned on old school New York traditional savory bagels (and Kossar's bialys) ... before Cinnamon, Everything or (yikes) Rainbow bagels existed. That said, we're open to other combinations to go with our smoked fish.... which is mostly whitefish salad or lox. Myer's offers a range of savory Montreal-style bagels that we've certainly ended up preferring to that city's "too sweet for us" Fairmount or St. Viateur Bagels. Myer's still uses Montreal techniques for hand-rolled, honey-boiled and wood-fired, with a comparable size - but they do it sooo much better!!! Without a doubt, truly artisan. My favorite Myer's bagel varieties are Montreal Spice, Rosemary Sea Salt, and Kitchen Sink! Especially always bring back Montreal Spice to my NYC home or have an outstanding order with my Burlington-transplant kinfolk when they come to visit. This awesome new location on Shelburne Road is a great setting. Everyone there is also super friendly, including the manager Chris. Highly recommend making Myer's a destination to eat (or pick up eats) when in town!

This was my first time ever having Indian and the staff were incredibly helpful. I had Paneer Tikka Masala and WOW, it was delicious. The taste, texture and spice level was the best. Everyone was very happy with their meal. After the meal we sat and chatted with the staff and we discussed their food and culture. It was a beautiful experience. Yum!

To say it was disgusting and inedible is an understatement, but the presentation was just plain creepy - (see photos) - it looked like someone tore off/ate a piece of the over-sized nugget they sold as a "chicken breast" sandwich. All of my "just doesn't look right" sensors went off. This was very, very unsettling. I put it in the trash where it belongs. I'm very upset that I spent my money and literally had to throw it away. The burger would have been salvageable (if i wasn't already creeped out by the "chicken sandwich" with a chunk missing). Besides, they put a cup of mayo on it. They put so much mayo on it, it not only liquefied the bun, but had begun liquefying the cardboard box it was in! This place is typical Burlington, Vermont mentality. Completely self-absorbed, self-important, and self-righteous - they think their stuff does not stink - and have no ability to process constructive criticism. Honestly, don't wasn't your time and money here. Go to Al's French Fries (Williston Road, South Burlington) if you want truly good, local, and sanitary food. Go to McDonald's if you can't get to Al's. Either way, you will get better food than at this self-righteous, stoned-out/"vibed-out," incompetent clown show.
