There was a young lady there named Rebecca who was so gracious and professional. She explained every step in detail and gave me plenty of time to note what my codes and unit number was. Daniel also took the time to walk to the unit with me and explain how the door worked as it has some unique things to know about. All went very well and I am pleased that I chose to return here and will rely on Daniel to take care of any futur storage needs.

Every little bit of it because if you make one mistake the manager is going to treat you like you're a child disrespecting her whole family and then kick you off the premises and prevent you from renting storage space there. I have never ever in my 48 years of life been treated so disrespectful. It was my first time renting there or anywhere. If she would have came at me politely and was like "hey I don't know if you might have missed this in the fine print in the policy but you can't be doing that", things would have been fine but I asked her why she had to be so rude and disrespectful to us. I asked her why she couldn't come talk to us like human beings not like animals. And because I confronted her about the way she was treating us they left a note on our door that we have to be out. People like that should not be working in customer service at all because you don't talk down to people like they're inhuman and like their children disrespecting you or what not. I'm sorry if your children do disrespect you, you don't have to be treating other human beings like that. I work in customer service and I can never ever understand how somebody can treat another human being the way she treated us.

I was renting a 10 X 25 unit and needed a bit extra so I added a 5 X 5 unit and signed in office (not the discounted web price) for $59 per month. I had only had the unit for 3 months when a note came to say that the rent was being increased by 40%!!!!! to $84 a month!! this whilst the in office rental for the exact same unit was being advertized on the website at the price I was currently paying - $59.... Meanwhile my 10 X 24 ft unit price was also increased by about 10%.... whilst the advertized price on the website was at the absolute same as we were already paying (we didnt do the web offer but rented the unit via the office)... These price hikes need to be called out and should be plainly put to the renter at the time the unit is rented... Perhaps all storage facilities do this kind of price hike once they have your stuff stored in the unit but I found it particularly disgusting and disappointing. I did cancel the 5 X 5 unit and move my stuff out rather than pay the price hike but I was stuck with the larger unit and had to reluctantly pay the increase... ughhhh I should add that the manager did offer to see if she could get me a break of sorts on the price hike but I was so hacked off with the 40% increase that I did not want to give that corporation any more of my money and decided to therefore find an alternative arrangement.

Yes, it was understandable the first or second times but by the 5th or 6th time, it's either a total scam that prevents you from getting your money back or the most inefficient, non-customer focused process in the history of storage centers. I would strongly encourage anyone considering renting from this company to look elsewhere…read more I have been paying for my storage unit every single month, on time, yet I have been denied access to my belongings for over seven months. Despite fully complying with my rental agreement, the company has failed to uphold its most basic obligation, allowing me access to the unit I pay for. When I first attempted to access my unit after renting it, I discovered that my personal lock had been removed and replaced with a combination padlock. There was no employee on-site to explain what happened. After leaving multiple voicemail messages over four days, someone finally returned my call and told me the original lock had been broken and replaced with a combination lock. However, despite repeated requests, I was never given the combination, leaving me completely locked out of my own property. Over the past seven months I have: Called the facility countless times. Left numerous voicemail messages. Sent multiple emails. Contacted customer service and upper management. Visited the facility in person more than ten times. The result? Nothing. No meaningful response. No solution. No access to my belongings. To make matters even worse, the company continued to accept my monthly payments while refusing to provide access to the unit. They also dramatically increased my monthly rent without notifying me. When I rented the unit, my monthly payment was $29.99. My most recent bill was $274.00, an increase of more than 800%. Charging customers hundreds of dollars while preventing them from accessing their own property is unacceptable. What has been even more disappointing is the complete lack of accountability from customer service or upper management. I reached out to corporate leadership and received no response whatsoever. It appears that once they have your money, customer service simply stops. I have never experienced customer service this poor. If you value access to your belongings, honest communication, or responsive management, do yourself a favor and choose another storage company. I cannot recommend this company to anyone.
