    Chive dumpling

Tried Little Spoon Thai Kitchen for the first time and it was just okay overall. The veggie dumplings were fine, but the chive dumplings were way too oily and not very appetizing. The Kao Soi had potential but was overpowered by one strong herb -- maybe lemongrass -- so it was hard to taste or smell much else. The lo mein was fine, very mild in flavor, which actually worked well for little kids but felt a bit bland for adults. Not a bad meal, but nothing that stood out enough to make me want to go back soon.

The food was really good here! This is an extremely vegan friendly restaurant! The scallion pancakes and vegetable dumplings were very good. I don't usually like pad thai, but the pad thai was good, too. The drunken noodles, and masaman curry were excellent! It's cute inside, didn't feel too cramped.

I love Little Spoon for delicious Thai food every time. Takeout portions are generous, as are dine-in portions. Service is friendly and prompt.

I truly enjoyed my meal here today. Great duck pad Thai. The wings were well done too and tasty. My second time here and I think this place is very nice. Fantastic ambiance. The customer service was good but the waitress kept giving me looks of anger for asking for little things like sauce and chopsticks. I tipped her well to make up for annoying her. The peanut sauce on that note, is really really delicious.. I found myself dipping wings in it ... The curry is amazing too. Oh; and the iced Tea is a work of art.

3.5-4/5 decent Thai restaurant for the area location. Tried their Kao Sai Beef dish, beef was slightly overcooked and the noodles were as well but the flavor is good. The wings were delicious. The pork dumplings were lightly pan fried and tasted great. The spicy eggplant was more on the spicy side so thank Goodness it came with rice. Great location with street parking and nice service and decor.

A very pretty restaurant and the utensils/plates used are adorable. The dishes themselves were pretty yummy, although the appetizer was alright (a little overpriced for what we got). I enjoyed the veggies in my pad thai, normally I don't like carrots but the way they cooked had it full of the pad thai flavor.

This place is a nice spot in Needham. The staff are always friendly and I'm never disappointed by the food. I got the Black & Pepper fish, which is basically a battered fried fish stirfry. The fish was cooked well, but the star of the dish are the fresh peppercorns; they pop and add a vibrancy to the plate that I haven't found elsewhere in Boston so far. We also got 2 Thai ice teas, and got 2 free popsicles with them. We'll be back!

Little spoon is an absolute pleasure! Yummy food, nice atmosphere. Be aware they do get busy and it can be hard to get in and service does slow when they get busier. Try a Thai iced tea popsicle w ur Thai ice tea!

    Drunken noodles with tofu

I've gotten takeout from here before but dined in the restaurant for the first time last night. I love the decor and ambiance and with the back room, it's a lot more spacious than it appears. The waitress was very prompt and friendly. I appreciated how the menu was clearly labeled with what's vegan/can be made vegan. We started with the tom kha soup which was creamy and rich and flavor. We also got the scallion pancakes as a starter and I love how they aren't dripping in oil but are still tasty. I also enjoyed the drunken noodles with tofu and the yellow curry with tofu. Both were spicy but not overly hot. I also love how they fried the tofu in both these dishes. I will definitely be back!

There wasn't a strong ginger or garlic essence like I'm used to in a Thai brown gravy. My friends seemed happy with their curries though...so maybe I just ordered wrong. On Sunday, they have a very strong takeout business, which also impacted the ambience. At one point there were like six people waiting in line at the entrance. In such a small establishment, it changes the vibe to have people hovering and getting impatient and clarifying orders, with the frequent entrance/exit of new patrons. Our table was closest to the entrance so we probably "felt" it more than other tables would have. Still, for the "mom's night out" space that we were cultivating, I would've preferred to pay more to go someplace that had less of a takeout vibe. Note: there is only one all-gender restroom and it is for customer use only. Free parking out front.

The chicken pad Thai was very good yet I wish the chicken had been cut into smaller pieces and it felt a bit overcooked. I missed the lime piece too. Still very good. Loved the Thai iced tea. Not too sweet. I would order from here again especially as the portions were quite healthy! I appreciated a good takeout dinner.

The salad is always crisp & fresh, and the meat has always been moist. I love that you can customize everything to your liking, from building your own bowl to choosing a light or heavy pour on the dressing. They have a great selection of toppings, dressings, and proteins, including plenty of plant-based and dairy-free options, making it perfect for anyone with dietary needs. The portion sizes are solid and the prices are pretty reasonable for the high quality you receive. While service can sometimes be a bit slow, it is only because it gets super busy during the 2-hours around lunch. Easily solved by ordering ahead. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and happy to help. The restaurant itself is bright, open, and clean, and there's an outdoor patio when the weather permits. I've had many of their salads, wraps, drinks, and snacks.. Haven't yet had anything I don't like!
