I ordered a chicken satay to make up for the lack of chicken in the curry. The portion size was reasonable for an additional 18 dollars. The flavor of the food wasn't great. The satay tasted like someone cooked the chicken, then added spices after it was cooked. The saltiness way overpowered any semblance of Thai seasoning. I could have come on an off night, or maybe my palette is biased from living in Asia, so take my review with a grain of salt (if there's any left in the kitchen after my meal).

The crew was cranking out food as soon as they were ready -- zero breaks, all hands on deck -- to keep the line moving. Even though they were moving quickly, the quality wasn't sacrificed. I got the Sample Platter: which consisted of char sui wings, sweet garlic pork spare ribs, sweet garlic chicken thighs and two sides (fried rice and pickled veggies). As a Cambodian American, this took me straight to my momma's cookout and to Cambodia's grilled meat street foods and restaurant. The full size chicken wings brought all the familiarity.
