The place was clean and the girl who took my order friendly. She followed up several times. I thought the food was a little bland. The mushrooms looked like they were canned. read more

We loved the food and was super impressed on the cleanliness of the place. It was near closing time and we watched a worker clean the soda machine. She was very meticulous and impressed us. read more

The food is always consistently delicious. I also get a mango drink with boba! I love it.

We love going to little ninja. The hibachi steak and chicken are amazing and this is the best place to get reasonably priced sushi!

Always good, fresh,,friendly. Good prices , great time.friendly environment. Kids welcome

This is one of three places I go every time I go to Abilene to visit family. The food is always served hot, and is always plentiful. All meals are a good value. We mostly order the steak or chicken with rice and vegetables. We are also big fans of the sushi, but because we don't like seaweed, we get the soy paper, which is great. read more

Ok, I'm very torn and on the fence about writing this review because as much as I love the food, the boba and the lady who works there, they just simply lack the presentation, which greatly affect the overall feel of the experience. Let me break it down. Their ramen is the best one you can find in Abilene. But when you have to eat it from a plastic bowl with a tiny soup spoon, it just ruins it. Same with their sushi. They serve it crammed in a to-go styrofoam container and you mix your soy sauce/wasabi concoction in a tiny to-go sauce container. Everything in to-go containers. So imagine getting a take-out but eating it there in the restaurant, that's how it feels like. It's very unfortunate because this place truly has a potential. Like mentioned above, they have some of the very best Japanese dishes in Abilene. read more

The food was really bland. Really nice customer service just not the best hibachi I've had

This restaurant is amazing! Their food is delicious and they always give so much food in their plates, definitely recommend! The service is also really quick! read more

Real basic "ok" sushi. But we got our eel rolls and food we ordered right away (cooked..) and the kids had to wait another 20 minutes for their (uncooked) California rolls. So they ate most of my food. The bubble teas were pretty bad. Watery and flavorless. Service was friendly enough, but we won't be back. read more

With not to many sushi options around here, it's so nice that Little Ninja is that beacon of light that satisfy our cravings. We got the Dinosaur rolls delivered and they we're fantastic! Delivery came with status notifications and was made in 30 minutes which was fast and exceeded expectations! read more

I got the teriyaki chicken and it was quite a let down. The fried rice was also quite bland. The staff was quite friendly though.

I come here all of the time; their sushi isn't the best, but it's pretty good for the price and it's one of my go-to options for take out. Their miso soup is really good, also: a large cup is less than $3, and it comes with huge chunks of tofu and other tasty things. Their bubble tea isn't half bad either; not quite as good as Phoenix Pho on the opposite side of town, but not quite as expensive, either. All in all, this is a nice restaurant with very affordable options; perfect for a college student on a budget. Would recommend! read more

The girl who works at the front counter was super rude . If you dine in they give you food in a styrofoam to go box . I asked if all food served dine in was served in to go boxes and she said yes ! I said that's super wasteful and she said "sorry" all snarky . I said don't be sorry to me be sorry to the environment . Won't be coming back :( also my sushi had a soapy flavor ? read more

Great food and wonderful customer service!!! Calm quiet place where you can enjoy good food with friends or alone.

We ordered the sushi and an hour later I start feeling really hot and just uneasy. My stomach rumbling and I almost lost it on myself. Needless to say it didn't take long for my body to reject it. I was starving and thought why not give it a shot. I know what to tell people when they ask. This place needs to be inspected by a health inspector. their sushi was even plain, no sauces on top to compliment the fish or rice. The service was horrible. The woman that took out order just didn't have a good attitude and I feel like she was annoyed. read more

Love the shrip tempora, lots of good veggies with it. Crispy, large portions and the sauce is spot on.

A wide variety of sushi options, and they're all REALLY good. I feel like it gets overlooked a lot, but don't sleep on this restaurant, it's delicious, authentic, and the staff is always so polite read more

Sushi and service was good. Only complaint is that the only two high chairs were broken and unusable. They also had boosters that are for booths and not for tables and chairs which is their only seating option. Definitely not a kid friendly place to sit down and eat at. read more

This place is absolutely disgusting and the most bland food I have ever had. I am seriously mind blown how this place has 4 stars. We ordered the Cajun roll, another spicy roll (can't remember the name), order of spring rolls, bf ordered chicken teriyaki and rice and a California roll. We love sushi and have eaten sushi in many different places. This is definitely the worst! The rice is doughy, veggies in the chicken and rice tasted fake. My rolls were so bland and disgusting. My boyfriend got sick right after from his food. On top of this, the atmosphere was not really our cup of tea. We thought this place was nicer, to say it bluntly. Ceiling looks like it's falling apart, Jerry Springer playing on the TV, and all pre made dipping sauces looked days old. I would never recommend this place. read more

I've been a regular customer since 2016. Pretty much this is the only place in Abilene to get a good bubble tea drink. My favorite is Thai Tea, Cappuccino & Taro with pearl. I can see there are reviews about the lady at the front being rude. I'm glad I never experience that. I always have good talk with her, we always talked about random stuff while she makes my drink. But as i said, I've been customer for more than 4yrs. Chicken hibachi are what we always ordered from here. read more

Little Ninja - Sushi Bars Near Me - Abilene, Texas

Abilene has a couple of fast food hibachi places so let's try the newest one. Counter service was super slow, but that was the customers fault. (Get a menu, figure out what you want, before she says may I help you!) just common courtesy. I got the hibachi steak and shrimp with grilled veggies and fried rice. It was actually quite good. Steak was cooked just right and shrimp was grilled perfectly. Grilled veggies were very good but rice was just like any other place. We'll try the sushi next time for sure. If your looking for good fast food, this place is worth a try. read more

Yes, Abilene makes sushi and yes, it is highly Gringo style. But this place is pretty damn great for quick and friendly. Lots of local residents coming in. Great hibachi chicken and rice and a la carte sushi options. Like most sushi places, lettuce for ginger salad is poorly chopped making it a pain to eat. Lychee-lemon tea was delightful! read more

This place was a nice stop for hibachi with a great price. There is no need for a show with this yummy hibachi dinner. The price was very reasonable and also bought miso soup and ginger salad as a side to get the hibachi experience. read more

I was very excited to see that a new sushi restaurant had opened as the options in Abilene are limited. While I was uncertain as to whether or not a "fast food sushi" place would be any good, I can honestly say that the quality of sushi here is on par with the other sushi restaurants in Abilene, but at a fraction of the price. Most rolls range from $5 to $7 and they certainly pack them full of tasty ingredients--crab, crawfish, and an assortment of sashimi and vegetables are all available. They also have bubble teas, which I haven't had in ages--very refreshing. I was very pleased with our lunch, which cost about $35 for four large rolls, an appetizer, and two large drinks. My biggest hope is that Little Ninja begins to use Arrowhead as a delivery service. I miss having sushi delivered and they'd certainly be the only sushi game in town to do so. read more

I love the sushi here! It's really clean inside. I wished they delivered on base. I like to go when I'm in that area though.

Can't stop eating here! Hibachi is really good and their fried rolls are delicious as well. We tried the chicken and steak hibachi and the volcano and Cajun roll and nothing disappointed. They're also reasonably priced. I look forward to trying more items from their menu!! read more

So sad to leave such a bad review, I've loved this place for years. But be warned, if the lady owner isn't there, DON'T order. The service will be horrible, your order will be wrong and they'll be incredibly rude about it. I've literally waited 45 minutes for 2 ginger salads and a California roll. Nothing is cooked on that order! I've waited to leave my review, hoping it would get better, but they were so late and so rude today, they've lost my business for good. read more

I'm so thankful for having Little Ninja in Abilene. This place satisfies both my hibachi and sushi cravings. I love the steak and a shrimp hibachi and the spicy tuna roll. I can't wait to try more of the menu. read more

Nice people. Quick service. Good good. Sushi here my favorite. Grateful for local restaurants

I absolutely love this place for its food and ambiance. I pick coming here for the Japanese music always playing while I causally dine. The owners/staff are phenomenal, it seriously my hands down place to come. I'm trying to work my way through the menu but what I've had is so good I can't help but ordering it again. read more

Little Ninja - Volcano roll-tempura style with shrimp, crab, crawfish and jalapeño - Sushi Bars Near Me - Abilene, Texas

Good food and clean restaurant. Friendly staff and quick service. Very good prices for sushi!

Cozy and easy-going little joint. Absolutely the best sushi I've had in years. For great prices too! Most simple rolls are around $4.50, spicy rolls at $5.00. They don't skimp out either, they are fairly sizable rolls. There are also speciality rolls, and a large selection of different types of boba and pudding teas! Top notch food for a hell of a price. read more

This place is a conundrum to me....it smells good inside, the reviews were decent, the menu looks good and the staff was relatively nice...but the food was awful! Well, the sushi was anyway. I have had better sushi from grocery stores in Amish country. Never in my life have I thrown sushi away until now and we bought 4 rolls (the lost in translation roll won for slimiest and most disgusting of the night) Now, that being said, their hibachi chicken and fried rice was good...just not good enough to really go back for. read more

Love this place better then the other fast food Hibachi fast food restaurant. Great veggies just wish they had a better white sauce it's not very yummy read more

After traveling from Oregon to Texas, we stopped here in search of something other than generic fast food. Midweek afternoon meant that this place wasn't that packed. We ordered ramen based on the Yelp reviews. We were nervous about it but OMG, best ramen on the trip thus far. They even had a properly cooked jammy soft boiled egg that had good flavoring and seasoning! Why is this so hard for other restaurants to get! Highly recommend this place. We had the tonkotsu one and were impressed. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone. read more

While not the absolute best I've yet to be disappointed by this place the sushi and entrees are both good

Not impressed at all. The lady was kind of rude, the sushi was eh. I got the shrimp crunch roll and it was good. The Cajun roll was not good. The flavors did not complement each other well. I am an avid sushi eater too. My boyfriend got a poke bowl and it was average. The place was clean and the crab Rangoons were average read more
