Great food! Very different than anything in Abilene. If you're flying out, much better fresh from the restaurant.

Little ninja.....? More like THE MAGIC PALACE…read more There is nothing little about this ninja. Went to this top tier establishment with my boiz JOE & WILL.... And let me tell ya, this place will knock your scocks off. We were greeted by the goat of little twinks, Miguel. He led us to our table via cartwheels and a smile. He immediately recommended the dragon roll and boba tea; the house specialty, aka, the house specialty. After splattering soy sauce around like a pig in shit, Miguel cartwheeled over with a desert menu. We politely declined, giving we had already smoked the rock he gave us upon arrival, after our meal. Top tier service, elite twink, will be back tomorrow.

Small portion size with big chunky fried pieces. Miso soup was okay, but wasn't packaged well ended up spilling on the ride home. Genuinely didn't enjoy the four rolls we ordered this time. Got the TNT Roll and California Roll we typically order, but didn't live up to the memory. We arrived at the time our order was supposed to be ready, but had to wait over 30 minutes for the pick up order. Floor was pretty dirty inside, but the tables were wiped down well. There are better options for sushi in Abilene. I do think Little Ninja's is comparable to running to the grocery store at this point. On a silly side note, several of the previous reviews highlight the lore and appeal of meeting Miguel at Little Ninja... I think that might be the most noteworthy aspect of this restaurant.

We arrived around 1:30 PM, and there were only two other guests dining at the time. The service wasn't the warmest, but it was efficient and they got every item correct, which I always appreciate. What we ordered: Edamame - 8.5/10 A simple starter, but always a favorite with my kids--they absolutely demolished every last one. Beef Egg Rolls - 9/10 Served hot and fresh with a crispy exterior and juicy, flavorful filling. The sweet and sour dipping sauce leaned on the sweeter side, but it balanced the savory filling really well. Crab Rangoon - 7.5/10 Exactly what you'd want from a good Rangoon: creamy, crispy, gooey, and packed with flavor. It came with the same sweet and sour sauce, which paired nicely. Seaweed Salad - 6/10 Not my personal favorite, but still enjoyable. It was fresh and crisp with julienned cucumber mixed in, giving it a nice texture. Pan-Fried Beef Potstickers - 5.8/10 The filling was flavorful and had a lot of potential, but the wrapper/dough felt undercooked, making it a bit chewy. Still edible and not bad overall, but definitely could've been better. Pineapple Fried Rice (Combo: Beef, Chicken & Shrimp) - 8.5/10 A very solid dish. The proteins were all cooked well--nothing chewy or dry. The pineapple added a nice sweetness, though it could've been cooked a bit longer since it was slightly colder than the rice. Overall, a really enjoyable plate. Chashu Bun - 8/10 The pork was cooked well--fatty, tender, and melt-in-your-mouth good. The sauce complemented it nicely, and the bun itself was soft and delicate while still holding everything together. My only complaint was that it could've used more than one thin slice of pork. Tonkotsu Ramen - 8.9/10 Very flavorful and one of the highlights of the meal. The noodles tasted fresh and seemed handmade since they weren't uniform in thickness. They were slightly undercooked, but not enough to be a dealbreaker. The chashu pork was tender, and the marinated boiled egg was cooked perfectly. Overall: A solid spot with some standout dishes. While service could've been a bit friendlier and a couple items missed the mark, the freshness and flavor of most dishes made it worth the stop. I'd definitely come back to try more from the menu.
