The shop was super cool and all things cowboy...adults to children cowboy boots and accessories. Love the uniqueness of store. The scent of leather wafted through the shop likely emanating from all the boots - adult and children. I was amused by the baby boots and fascinated by the purse charms and purses. The prices were middle of the road from a boots perspective. The store offers cowboy chic including handmade leather goods, locally crafted candles, and quilts that support charitable causes. While we did not purchase anything in the store today, it is certainly going to be a definitive stop during future shopping visits. Outlaws and Gypsies staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We were greeted and offered assistance immediately. Highly recommend visiting this shop...

She started to crease the hat and misshape it. I offered guidance by showing the nice young lady the steps to shape the hat. The elderly manager on duty demanded that I step away from the section where the steamer was located of which i had no intention of using. I tried to explain that the process being used would damage to the hat. Unfortunately the manager came across as disconcerning and lack of knowledge. I would strongly discourage anyone from.doing business especially touching a hat! The manager tried to challenge me about my knowledge and tell me to steam the hat myself, further accentuating my point about her gross lack of knowledge and ability to satisfy a customer.
