I don't have personal experience with the pediatric therapy, but I've heard great things from friends! I took my 18 month old just for the open play, and he had a blast! I would go back if it was cheaper, but there was just not much to do for $15. Definitely geared more towards younger children! The dark room with the light up activities was a cool feature too! Little Land is great for kids, it's our go to spot for our almost 3 year old when it's really hot or rainy and the park isn't an option. I love that it's $15 for as many hours as you want. The new location is great, it's a huge space. I will say that they need to update their hours because we tried to go last Sunday (hours online say they're open 9am-1pm) and they were all closed up at 9:30am. Even the sign on the door says they're open Sundays. I don't mind if they're not, I just wish the hours were kept current. Nonetheless, the facility is great, staff are kind and helpful! read more

I have not received any call or explanation from the owners about why that was allowed to happen. Super cute and quaint indoor play space for your little ones. I haven't ever been to a little land before so brought our recently turned 2 year old to this space to play. They have an abundance of soft foam play mats and blocks to keep kiddos entertained and safe. There's a sensory room that has lights and mag tiles and a few items to let littles explore textures and figure out play pieces. The space is great for your small kiddos and they do a parents night out every Friday or Saturday which is wonderful for parents looking for some adult time for dinner or quiet time. I will say the space is intimate so I don't know how packed it gets but we came on a Friday night and it was very empty to let our little play in COVID times. Everyone wears a mask and they have cute hand washing stations! There is even a kitchen where you can brew coffee, tea or have complimentary bottled water. My niece had an awesome time playing here! It's definitely geared towards really young kids. Everything is pretty much padded so you don't have to worry about your child getting hurt. There's lots of things to do but I feel like anyone over the age of four would probably get bored. My niece had a lot of fun she played for an hour and a half. It was also a good deal for a day pass it was only $14 for the whole day and you're able to leave and come back. Socks must be worn so make sure you don't forget them. They do have some for you to borrow if you do! Customer service was great. The lady at the front was super sweet and you could tell she is good at talking to children. I LOVE this place! We came down for a weekend while my husband played in a golf tournament. It rained so I googled things to do with a baby in Austin and this place popped up. I am so glad we tried it out. My son is 11 months and had SO much fun in their baby area. It's fully padded (except the window area which they really need to fix), so he was able to crawl around and climb on things freely. He had so much fun. They have a little food area for you and your kids to grab snacks or bring your own. They have two bathrooms with changing tables. This place is a really great concept. We do OT and Speech therapy with Little Land and couldn't be any happier! Every therapist is so professional and knowledgeable, their evals are on point and they are constantly checking for progress and areas of improvement. I say this because our previous place had us there for over a year and didn't do a follow up evaluation so we were working for the same targets over and over even though my child surpassed them. Another plus is that if you have multiple children you can have them play in the gym for free while your other child receives therapy. read more

My 17 month old really enjoyed his time at little land. We stayed for almost 2 hours and he was tired out! Eric was very welcoming and told us we could stay longer than the 2 hours we paid for (I presume because it was a slow day). I'm also thankful it was a slow day so that my husband and I could both be in there with our son- apparently since there's a strict limit on how many kids/parents can be present at one time, it's possible that only one parent can be inside the play area with their child. The facility seemed clean and having a place to sit and have snack was nice. We will definitely be back, & we've already told friends about this fun indoor play park! read more

I took my 2 year old grandson and he had a blast! Running around and crawling through obstacles was great fun for him. I liked the fact that I could sit anywhere in the main area and see him at all times. As far as cleanliness, one of the staff was cleaning on a rotating basis the entire time we were there. When dealing with young kids they did well with an impossible job. The swings are all fully padded and if a child was hit by a swinging swing they would just bounce off the padded ground. I did notice both parents and older kids were very careful around the toddlers and the swings. The toddlers can not access the swings so we are only talking about parent supervised swinging and older kids swinging. read more

We took our almost 6 month here last week with our friends that have a 10 month old. Drop in rates are just $5 and they have a designated spot for the itty bitty babies that are 18 months or under. This is a wonderful place! You need socks for both the parents and the babies. The baby area had great little padded slides, a little piano, a little bridge, a grass wall, some tunnels...just a plethora of things to keep baby occupied. Our little one is maybe a little to small for most of these activities, I think once she's more mobile it'll be more fun but in the meantime she liked people watching. The rest of the gym is fabulous, they had a sensory room with black lights, marble wall where you can move the marbles, glowing ball out and a bubble tower. There was a climbing wall, jungle gym, rope swing just all sorts of stuff and they even had rooms on the other side that did heating tests and other cognitive function tests. I think they're going to expand as well. So when the little is a little older I'll be back! We came here for a play date to meet with friends. It's nice that it's tucked in a outdoor strip mall with lots of parking. From the outside it doesn't look very inviting but once you step in, your child is in play heaven! They have different rooms with a variety of activities (climbing structures, sensory tables with lights and blocks, pretend play with dress up clothes and foam pits). My son (2 years old) had lots of fun exploring and visiting each room. They also have a large outdoor area with many obstacle courses and play structures. I also appreciate that they keep everything clean and I have seen staff sanitizing and cleaning throughout the time of our visit. We were there for 1 1/2 and my toddler definitely enjoyed play time. It's a great option if you have an active toddler and you need to find something indoor on a rainy day. read more

On March 20th I had an appointment here for an initial evaluation on my son, who was showing signs of torticollis. I was told by Natalie, who was the PT and absolutely fantastic, that it would take a week or two to get all the paperwork completed, confirmation from my doctor, and get everything settled with insurance. At this point she diagnosed him with torticollis and showed me a couple exercises to start trying at home in the meantime. Everything seemed great at that point! Towards the end of our evaluation my son began to get super fussy so I was all over the place and couldn't remember fully how to do the exercises she had shown so I called back a few days later, no response from the PT coordinator. Waited a few more days, got a response and she said they were still working on everything and that the PT would email me the exercises, ok fine. Fast forward to a week later, now almost two weeks after our appointment, and still no email and no response in regards to when we were going to start PT. Now I'm getting slightly frustrated. I decided to look up my own exercises to try in the meantime. I waited another week because I didn't want to be that overwhelming person calling daily..... no answer so I left yet another message. Now it has been over three weeks and I have yet to get a call back to discuss starting PT and have never received and email with his diagnosis and exercises. I am beyond frustrated and just angry now. How unprofessional! At this point we have switched to a new PT and will never go back to Little Land. Hopefully their PT coordinator can get it together and they don't have this problem in the future. Update: 5/19/19- Still no call back! They have officially lost my business forever and I will be spreading the word to all my friends. So sad! read more

This is an update to my previous review. After I raised my concerns, the owner took it very seriously and addressed the issue to the staff. I brought my daughter back once after the review and saw that the staff was definitely more strict on enforcing the sock on rule. ----------------------------------- My daughter loves this place but they really need to better enforce their policies such as making sure everyone has socks on, the baby area for only children of 18 months and younger, and no throwing balls/rings, etc. It's absolutely gross for adults to be walking around barefoot on surfaces that babies crawl on before putting their hands in their mouths. I've also seen older kids running and jumping in the baby area which is quite dangerous for the babies. Additionally, I've seen kids throwing balls and plastic rings across the room from the top of the slide set. Of all the times that I've witnessed these occurrences, I've never seen any of their staff intervening and reminding parents of their policies. read more

When you have a special needs child, I am sure you can relate to how difficult it can be to find a place, that is safe and one where you don't have to continually explain or apologize for the challenges you and your child face. We felt not only safe physically but safe knowing that our child was appreciated for who he is. On a practical note, the equipment is very special need friendly, very sensory, it is just the perfect place for little ones at heart to enjoy and explore during the heat of the summer and the cold of the winter. Growing up, I was never a fan of indoor kiddo play gyms. Why? Germs. Yuck! I mean they are very fun but it's really hard to find a well-maintained location. Well, I'm glad to say that I found one here at Little Land! They put cleanliness and safety as their top priority. During our 1.5 hr visit, the staff members took every opportunity to clean up toys in the infant room and wipe down unused equipment. Socks must be worn at all time for both kids and parents. You know a place is clean when your socks are still clean after play. Bonus point for being late in the afternoon when play areas are suppose to be dirtier. In addition to the standard array of toys and play objects, they also have some extra equipment for physical therapy. They are available for open play when not used in lessons. They are way cooler IMO and gives them an edge over other places. We brought our 1-year-old daughter here on a Saturday afternoon. She just started walking recently so most of the activities were still too advanced for her. Still, she enjoyed exploring around, wading through the ball pit, and crawling through tunnels. I would say there's no point coming here (or any play gyms) unless the kid can at least pull up to standing. The admission is $4 for under 13 months, $7 for under 2 years, and $10 for 2 years and older. Parents don't have to pay. Yelp check-in gets you another $1 off. It's a little out of the way for us but for its cleanliness and the extra equipment, we would certain come back again. read more

My daughter (age 4) and I liked Little Land Play Gym. We went here recently on a play date. I hadn't heard of this place before until a friend of mine mentioned it for this meet up. It is a fun place for every now and then visits for your preschool aged kids. I would definitely recommend it to my friends with small kids. I have heard that they do classes here as well, but I can't talk to those as I haven't attended any to date. This place has a different set up than many other kid play places because they also do occupational therapy here as well as an open play gym. During the open play time, all of the therapy items are out for everyone to play with. It is neat because these items are quite fun and different than the "normal" kid toys. It made for a very different play place. They also have things like a swing set, ball pit, and slides. I gave this place a 3 star rating because I don't think I would go out of my way to visit again. It seems like a fun place to go every now and then. I also thought that the price was a bit high. It was $10 to go in. That seems a bit high compared to other similar play places. It was fun and worth a visit, but not really a regular place to go, in my opinion. read more

Pretty cool indoor play area for little kids Price depends on age. 6 months - 1 year is $4. Under 2 years is $7 and above 2 is $10. Both adults and kids need socks. Costs $1.50 to purchase if you forget, but at least they are colorful fun socks and not plain white. Consists of a wooden play set with really fast slide (kind of scary for the little ones) and rock climbing wall (one you would see in a backyard), foam play structures, ball pit and other monkey bar type structures. Enough to keep them busy for a bit but didn't have multiple rooms and sensory as Thinkery. So $10 is a bit steep. I could see $5. They have mommys day out where you drop off your child for a bit a couple days a week (see website) Every other Friday is date night where you can drop them off for happy hour (4-7) for $30 or dinner (6-10) for $45. I'm excited about this! Women at front said they also do Black Friday early in the morning so mom can go shopping so check website for dates. It's cool to have an indoor play area for the kids, but it's a bit far for me so will only be back for mommy groups. read more

Little Land Play Gym is amazing!!! We were struggling to get Speech and Occupational Therapy for my son with sensory processing disorder. My wife called and within 10 minutes, we were scheduled for an evaluation and they were sending paperwork to our pediatrician. Since starting there, my son has grown leaps and bounds in his speech and he's been making so much progress with his sensory issues. After therapy, my kids get to play in the amazing gym. They even have a sensory room with the purpose of a quiet space for children that become overwhelmed. Such a great and caring staff. We travel from Manor and have no problem making the drive since we love this place so much! read more

I took my year old son there on a play date back in July with some little buddies from daycare. This was the first time for us. Check in process filling out paper work was pretty easy. They had computers set up when you walked so you can get it all filled out. I was happy to see that my Yelp check in came with a coupon. We came about 10 am on a Saturday it wasn't too bad. we left about noon time and it was started to get packed. When I took my son there he wasn't quite walking yet. There's a small area just for babies. It's great because its all padded, great place for climbing and crawling if your little one isn't quite walking. I let my little guy explore and crawl all over the place. They also have a ball pit. I put my son in it a few times but he didn't really get it. As I mentioned he wasn't quite walking yet so maybe now that he is walking he may enjoy it. This is a really great indoor place. I keep waiting for the weather to get cooler but maybe we just need to go back here to play. Who knows when the weather will actually start cooling down. read more

We went here to see a speech therapist. The office of the therapist was so disorganized. There were a lot of clutter. It speaks about unprofessionalism. Not to mention the bad odor in the gym. We were told they would call us back to schedule therapy after the evaluation. But it's now over a week and they haven't reached out yet. Please don't come here for a speech therapist! You'd be wasting your money and your time for such an unprofessional provider. We decided to see another speech therapist and the kind of evaluation as well as the service provided is day and night compared to them. read more

This place was cool when I had a little crawler to entertain, is great when you have to juggle a toddler and an infant, and WINS for pictures with Santa. I have shied away from Santa stuff in the past because it's a racket and tortures everyone - like Science Fair projects. The Little Land Santa picture event, on the other hand, made me change my opinion of the annual pilgrimage. There were crafts beforehand, pictures happened on time, we got 140 (!) pictures of the kids with Santa on USB, we decorated a cookie after, mom found the mimosas (!!!), dad found the coffee, and the kids wore themselves out in the gym before we went home - all for one low price. We will continue to return on too-hot summer days and on too-cold-and-wet winter days. It continues to be a clean and comfortable place to let the kids play while the parents can watch comfortably. read more

The short- Very disappointed! While I love the actual structures their policies show they either don't under stand children, or are just so money hungry they don't care! Either way I am left with three crying kids when I even spoke with them before hand about my plans. We went for a play date this morning with my two younger children. Before I left I asked the front desk about returning after school for a little while with my oldest. I asked how busy they were ect. At no point was I told that if we left we would need to repay the DAILY fee. At over $12 a child this is just wrong to do to parents. When I became upset. They asked "what I specifically asked" hmm really is this a don't ask, don't tell type of place regarding policies. While today I left to get my oldest from school, some days it's a spd issue. Other businesses in the area completely understand children may need to leave for a while for many reasons. To have a place that is geared towards special needs not understand or worse not care. This place rocks! My 2 year old daughter had a great time, especially in the ball pit. There was a lot for her to do and she didn't get bored. It was a clean, quiet (except for the nice, low key background music) and relaxing environment. There were even nice comfy couches for my daughters tired Nana to rest. It was not crowded on a Friday afternoon and the parents who were there were very attentive of their children. There were also no big kids! We have been to Little Land a few times. It is fun to watch the new things my daughter (6 months) can do each time we go. At her age, she is super adventurous and wanting to try all these moves that maybe she isn't ready for yet. I like bringing her to Little Land so she can do all these things on the mats and if she falls...it is no big deal. At 6 months, she is crawling and pulling herself up on things. We love the padded mat area for itty bitties like herself. It has tons of different foam toys and obstacles for her to utilize as she plays and learns. It is also fenced in so she can't crawl away! Besides the little baby area, there are tons of things for kids of all ages to do at Little Land. No matter what stage your kiddo is at, there is something fun for them to get into. This place has been a God-send! Hours of fun for my 3 year old little boy, whether your little one has special needs or not this place has great, safe equipment for them. My little boy does not like wearing costumes, but because there is always staff and kids around, he has been able to model playing appropriately with them and will on occasion WEAR A COSTUME!!! I give so much credit to this place, the Occupational Therapists and Speech Therapists have been invaluable to us, they have helped develop my little boy's play schemas, imaginary and creative play. I guess this place is more for kids younger than 2. I'm surprised how there weren't any mats to roll around on or jump on or anything. I thought it was going to be more gym like with obstacles that would make a kid sweat. It kind of lacked luster and was restricting. But it's probably just not what we were looking for. read more
