I had a gyro and it was awesome. Pita was fresh and not cracking. I like my meat charred but the flavor was great. Would order again.

We wanted something different while visiting family in Youngstown and love Greek food. So we decided to give it a try. The woman who rang us up, the man who brought my food and the woman who took our food away were very nice. Other than Greek festivals, it's hard to get good Greek food. We were happy to see and try the restaurant. My husband had his usual chicken souvlaki and rice. He said the chicken was moist and flavorful. He wasn't a big fan of the rice because he didn't feel it had much flavor. My mom had the pastitsio and it was delicious. We had never seen it with a marinara on it but she enjoyed it. It was very meaty and the bechamel sauce really made it. I had the valley salad with a chicken breast. The chicken was good and I loved the cucumber, tomatoes, olives and feta. It would be better with red peppers which taste better than green peppers. The Greek dressing and tzatziki were super delicious. We enjoyed it and would definitely return. read more

I give it one star because the grape leaves were very good. The gyro was average but the Village Salad was unbelievably bad. It was a an entire plate of green pepper chunks, topped with a few tablespoons of tiny tiny diced cucumber and onion! Seriously, like 3 whole green peppers chunked. You call this a salad?? I'm not a fan of green peppers but I will eat a few on a salad. Not a plateful This was a joke. My husband scraped some onto his plate before I took the picture. This was really bad. There's always plenty of seating available, but be prepared to wait for good food! They make it fresh for you and always have a lot of take out orders. Extremely rude staffer. (The old man) Ordered 2 lbs of Tzatziki sauce for a recipe I was following. I have made this dish 2 times before and each time I went to this location and ordered it. The man helped me each time and each time the sauce came up to $7.99(proof of bank statement attached). Today a young woman, who was obviously new, had a tough time finding out how to ring up the sauce. When she finally ring it up it cam up to $15.98; double the price of 2 lbs of sauce. I told her that I normally pay 7.99. The girl walks away confused, the man come over after a slight wait and tells me the price is 15.98 without even looking at the mistake she made. Well I attempted to tell him that I normally pay $7.99 he cut me off and told me that he's not going to argue with me. I told him the math doesn't add up if 2 oz of sauce is .49 right on their menu that would mean 4 oz is about 1 dollar. **(Ok readers if 16 oz is a pound and 4 x 4 is 16 how much would you expect to pay per pound @.49? Around 4 dollars right? So 2 pounds would be around 8 dollars correct? )He immediately said "I'm not arguing semantics with you.".. me being the clever person I am I decided to slow walk to my pound of sauce.(I technically only needed 1 pound but I double batch) This is AFTER a rude customer tells me "I've been coming here for years and that's the price. "I'm not talking to you thank you" Me: "I'll take 8 oz. *Him staring rudely and putting in the order.* $1.96 I pay. Ok I'll take 8 oz. Him. Staring.. snatches my credit card $1.96 So..... 1 lb = $3.92 Again so how much should I have been charged for 2 lbs? This man has always been really short with customers but I chocked it up as just his demeanor but he's downright rude. I'll go out of my way to never give them business again as long as he's there. Delicious from start to finish!! I started out with the hummus & fried pita. Lunch was the chicken skewers lite plate which was plenty of food. The chicken was flavorful and cooked to perfection! The salad was fresh, crisp & flavorful. Dessert was baklava cheesecake. It was wonderful. I don't eat out much but when I do I want to have a great meal and that's exactly what I got here at Little Greek Fresh Grill. To top off the great food, the service was great. Our office ordered lunch from them. I had the chicken skewers, which is two chargrilled chicken skewers over rice with a side of Greek salad. The food was hot, but I can't say that I was impressed. The rice was bland and tasted like something that had been mass produced, and the chicken was so- so. In the future, if I want chicken skewers, I will go to Kebab House down the street. The chicken is much more flavorful and so is the rice at Kabob House. One of my coworkers actually got sick and threw up in the afternoon. The only thing she had to eat today was one of Little Greeks salads. read more

On a random idea we drove by and decided to try this new location for the first time. Upon entering we were greeted by the staff and manager. We tried the grape leaves amazing, I got a chicken gyro and feta fries wow it Tastes so authentic and the pita the gyro was in was warm and flaky. Jen got a regular gyro and the tzatziki sauce was real not the sour cream stuff locations usually use. We will be back and I loved the Greek hot sauce. Highly disappointed. I heard this place was so good and it just didn't deliver for me. I ordered a greek salad that was full of iceberg lettuce. I waited for them to cook the chicken and it was undercooked and chewy. The lemon dressing had no flavor. The staff was extremely nice, and the inside is really cute. I will give it another try. Pretty good prices, I hope the quality and flavor is better my next visit. read more

Excited to see that they had moussaka and pastitsio I ventured out in the rain to try them out. The restaurant is pretty small and you order at the counter. I got a serving of each so I could try both and have some for leftovers tomorrow. The dish comes with pita and a salad. After a bit of a wait both dishes arrived with the entree packed in the same box as the salad. Dressing and a container of tomato sauce were shoved in the side of the container which was a little unappetizing. It would have been better to have these placed in the bag separately especially since the person who handled them to fit them into the box did not have on gloves. Both dishes lacked sauce in the dish itself and the sauce provided had a distinct Italian taste rather than a Greek one that really took away from the items overall. Given that moussaka and pastitsio are not generally available in this area they were ok but I probably wouldn't order them again. Gyros and soulvaki looked good so I'll probably try these if I go back. read more

Was looking for a Greek salad in the boardman area. So glad we chose Little Greek. Our salad with gyro meat was phenomenal... I could eat it every day. Nice portion of gyro meat that you add yourself. We put both the Greek vinaigrette and the tzatziki sauce on and it was great! Omgosh very delicious extremely nice staff, Very pleasant atmosphere food was delicious and the baklava cheesecake (Which I just learned is imported ). We eat clean but being that she was in town we decided to stop and eat Greek being that I'm always saying we need to go back to that Greek we want to in California She had the chicken skewers and omg the chicken was seasoned to perfection.. I had the steak tender and juicy a descent bite . The hummus was delicious with the fried pita omg was super delicious never had pita bread fried. Overall a wonderful experience. Portions were great for the price as well. To be known it was my first time there & I plan on coming back, along with telling my friends & family. Honestly when I do eat out anywhere the service, manners & more aren't the greatest all the time. But I've also gotta admit, everything was actually perfect. Was out doing a little clothes shopping and came across this restaurant. You order at counter they give you a number then bring it to your table. I order lite meal which I got lamb skewers rice and I substituted the Greek salad for Greek French fries.The lamb was a little tuff rice was good and Greek French fries were awesome. I also tried some grape leaves which were very good. I would go back but I would try something other then the lamb.They do have a lot on there menu and homemade desserts. read more
