Plus the crowds are light so I was able to do lots of activities! No noisy kids too! The Imagination Express was a short and mediocre ride, it a very cheesy version of toy story midway mania. There was hardly any wait for the ride due the event. I did went on it a few times for the raffle ticket challenge. Sadly, the staff closed it a few minutes early from the event and I wanted to go one more time. Some staff are not happy to be around but I can relate for this. Some feel like they have to be here or needs to work on their social skills. But no negativity experience from this. There is also a theater area which is not too bad there. The 4D effects can be cheesy though. The good thing around this place is that there is a huge impressive lego models of the Bay Area in one room! San Francisco, San Jose, Santa Clara and Oakland! Definitely an okay place for one time only. If you don't have any kids then definitely consider going to the adult night event for this!

First time here and got the impression right away that most workers were there because they HAD to be there, not because they WANTED to be there. Not saying that all workers were like that, but at least 80% gave that vibe. Came on a Saturday afternoon and the bathroom was overflowing with paper towels in the garbage and toilets not flushing properly. When my son would go up to workers and ask about Pop Badges (because he went to LLCA and LLFL earlier this year), workers would say no even if they were wearing them on their lanyards. (Read somewhere later that you're supposed to "trade" with staff but it would have been nice if someone working took the time to explain that.) HUGE shoutout to the store attached, those workers were really kind and took the time to say hello and acknowledge my son who was celebrating his birthday. Oh! And also the train attendants.

Delano Manongs Park is broken into 10 parts- YES, I SAID 10!! This includes a small and large dog park, multiple gardens, a fitness station, and a number of play structures to keep all your little munchkins happily occupied. The park is very well kept, the restrooms are very doable, and with its large size, there isn't that congested feeling you get with other locations. On top of the many perks, there is a large field to kick or throw around a few balls. The only flaw- and might I add that it is a big one- is the lack of actual shade. Your relief from the sun's powerful rays is limited to the gazebo where the benches are or using the large flower structures as a shield. 5/5 stars all in all. My son reported spending only one to two hours on the advertised AI-related activities. Another concern was the lack of transparency regarding daily activities. Parents were not permitted to observe the program, and when I asked staff for a detailed breakdown of the curriculum and daily schedule, I was unable to get a clear explanation of what the children were learning or accomplishing throughout the week. My son also mentioned that children ate lunch on the floor and that there were ants present in the eating area, which raised concerns about cleanliness and supervision. When I contacted the camp to discuss my concerns, I did not feel that they were adequately addressed. Instead of receiving specific information about the program, I was told that other children were enjoying themselves. While it's great that children are having fun, I enrolled my son in this camp because it was marketed as an educational experience, and I expected a stronger academic component for the price. Their website clearly explained the different packages, and we chose the smaller package, which still included 10 adorable bunnies--more than enough for our party! The staff was absolutely wonderful with the children. They were patient, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about the rabbits they care for. They shared fun facts about each bunny's personality and habits while encouraging the kids to gently interact with them, build trust, and bond with the animals. They made each child feel special by pointing out when a bunny seemed to like them, which really boosted the kids' confidence and made the experience even more meaningful. They brought everything needed for the setup, along with a huge variety of bunny-safe treats that kept the kids engaged throughout the event.
