The entire studio was dark and I had a bad feeling. Luckily, the door wasn't locked (yet) and I walked in looking for someone for guidance. I then saw a trainer leaving so I yelled across the studio asking if I could start setting up. He looked confused at first, then realized NO ONE informed him or anyone about a party. He mentioned it's not the first time it happened, and something with someone not sending an email. So someone just seriously messed up and forgot about a party. Just WOW. I even asked it weekly prior when I was there to ensure they had everything needed. Every single time they confirmed my booking was there and it was all set. Then the day came and nothing was set up. Had I came a little later and he left, we would have been stranded with no party. However, he saved the day by calling his team and then helped get the activity set up. We started maybe only 15 min later than anticipated because he quickly got everything together and more trainers showed up eventually. Honestly, a venue forgetting an event you book is literally the worst nightmare. I will never book this place again and if you do, call the day of because you just can't be too careful someone forget to do their job. Three star because the trainer saved the day and kids ended up having fun but not worth the full on panic attack.

We paid for 1.5hrs and we got 1.5hrs. It just felt so abrupt, and they said there was another party coming but there wasn't. If the coaches had said it's another $ for every 15 minutes, I would have gladly paid it, but alas it was not an option. We went elsewhere to wrap up the party. Plus, seeing all the little dancers in their tutus and leotards is just adorable. I also love that they offer an optional spring recital, along with pop-up events and summer camps throughout the year. As a parent, I appreciate the open viewing area where you can comfortably watch class. They also offer makeup classes when possible (I believe on a case-by-case basis), which is a nice option with little ones. Just a heads-up that there isn't a parent restroom, but there's a Smart & Final right next door if needed. Overall, it's been a wonderful dance experience for my daughter. At first, he was enrolled in the ninja class with Coach Nick. Great-fun class and teacher. Perfect for kids with high energy! Then he asked to be a ninja on the parallel bars so we knew it was time to move him over to boys gymnastics. It has been an amazing experience! Coach Michael has been such a great influence on our son. Not only does he have many years of experience teaching, he is also a very caring person. He is the perfect combination of discipline, hard work, fun and kindness. My son adores his coach and, constantly talks about him at home. That's how big of an impact Coach Michael made on him! When I'm negative i know I will get bad luck on something. So I try harder in those moments and I achieve myself stripes and I become more positive. I would cry a little or just get nervous because of how hard it is but I master through it and I'm so proud of myself and West Coast Milpitas for being in my life and dedication. The staff, teachers, students and owners are extremely welcoming, kind and accommodating to the children and their parents. The center is full of learning materials and engaging activities for the kids. My son developed an interest in playing chess with others while at Falcon Learning. In addition, children from different ages interact and learn from one another positively in an environment closely supervised by teachers. The center can accommodate to a student's needs by offering, for example, additional math enrichment classes as well as having a Spanish-speaking staff member available if the student has Spanish homework. All in all, the facility is clean, comfortable and a wonderful environment to learning and having fun with other children.
