Ordered online when they opened at 11. It said that my order would be done at 11:30. Showed up for pickup at 11:40 and they informed my that their online service is trial and error. More like error! They did not have my order even started. By the time I returned with the pizza, it had been an hour since I ordered. So frustrating! I had ordered from here thru online ordering. They use grubhub as their delivery. As the order was accepted and my card was charged, th grubhub canceled the order. this was May 27th 2020....I have called weekly and spoke with the manager Dave on NUMEROUS occasions, where he repeatedly told me he would refund me the $38.62...Every week I have called, still no refund. He keeps giving the run around telling the owner and they owner will call me... This is so craziness! I need my money, and they refuse to refund me but keeping saying they are sorry, and they will make this right... It is 2 month's later! AND STILL NOTHING AND I STILL KEEP CALLING!!! Brand new and always packed. Frustrated because the cashiers are required to wear hair nets but the owner in the back had no beard net or gloves while making the pizza. Also of note our order was taken wrong on the phone. After waiting 15min for our order the cashier went and told the manager. It was like he was grimacing in pain because it was wrong. The cashier then said can you wait another 15min? Zero apologize from the manager but the cashier apologized quite a bit. Also this location has zero tolerance for use of the customers cell phone in the business and no pictures allowed. Further signs posted state to make sure you have your receipt *they've never given me one. All in all, the manager/owner are not people friendly (they run Corning, Red Bluff and Anderson) read more

Love love love the crazy bread and the deep dish pizza!! It was busy, packed but I got in and out within 5 min. Not sure on the wait time for others but for the price of the pizza and quality it's worth it!! Glad we have it here in town some of the other places are expensive.
